An ecstatic Prussia believes his promotion to be assured until he meets a psychotic hippie woman who has taken up residence in one of the trees and refuses to leave in order to save the park she loves. Lovino, the most irritable and profane boy in the entire school, finds a genie's lamp that he doesn't want, summons a genie against his will, and can NOT get the stupidly cheerful tomato-loving supernatural to leave him alone. Ludwig likes his daily routine in life and has enough trouble keeping it constant with his insane older brother interrupting it. The last thing he needed in life was a chipper, ditzy vampire who wanted to drink his blood and kept bugging him about it every five seconds. Come on. Vampires aren't even real, right? One day, an incredibly irritating merman washes up on the shore of the beach and Yao, unfortunately tenderhearted, takes him in, therefore guaranteeing himself to go grey-haired at about twenty-two.
