Religion: In the process of reconciling my previous views on the subject. I'm all for religion and faith unless you start being pushy and try to shove it down people's throats. Do what you like and leave others be.

If and when I express my views on the bible/religion/faith, I am coming at it from a liberal, research-oriented, scholarly, historiographical perspective.

Pet peeve: Seeing religious principles/any religion of any kind interfere and mix with politics. They just don't mix! If you allow one religion's principles into politics and government, you're alienating/forcing them to bend to these beliefs and restricting their right to exercise their religion. State-sanctioned prayer is but one example.

A little note on my views: No one ethnicity, race, orientation or religion is the is one and only right one. Everyone is equal. Get over yourselves and embrace and spread equality and tolerance! The world, might then have a chance to be a better place.

These are just my views and mine alone. Take 'em or leave 'em.

A General Note...

I enjoy crack pairings and shounen-ai/yaoi pairings, so most of the pairings here will be a combination of these two types. I also like shoujo-ai and yuri pairings as well as het.

Sidenote: I'm open and tolerant of most pairings, even those that oppose my OTP's. I do not, however, like shipping wars or people bashing pairings because they disagree with their own (even though I am guilty of doing this and am trying to correct it). If you don't like a ship; don't read or look at any fics or fanarts with the pairing in it. Don't go bashing other people's OTP's because, not only will you not get anywhere, you'll just be making yourself unpopular, a target, or both.

What I write:

Fandoms: Since Bleach, Hetalia and Pokémon are my main fandoms right now, those'll be the main fandoms I will write for, along with some crossovers between them. I normally write drabbles and one shots over multi chaptered fics, despite having one of them on the go. Updates for these fics are varied and will happen when they happen.

Genres: I mostly write fluff, romance and crack/humour fics, with het, yaoi and yuri pairings thrown in. I will not, however, write lemons on here since they go against site rules and since I don't care for smut anymore.

Characters & Shippings: For my fics and fandoms, I will focus on just minor characters, due to the fact that I prefer them over major ones. Why? Because minor characters have very little screen time and not much is known about them; plus this makes them fun to write about. Also; there are too many fics with major characters and major shippings, which gets to me (another reason I don't write about them). If any main characters do show up, it's only for plot purposes. Last but not least; most of my fics will contain shipping of the cracky variety and will be reflective of the shipping list mentioned above. If you see anything else, it's probably due to whatever mood I'm in.

Why I Write:

I write for fun, entertainment and to get whatever is on my mind, out of my mind. I'm not looking to be the world's best author; I simply wish to have fun while I can before real life whisks me away. That and to improve my skills for university papers; might as well kill two birds with one stone. -shrug- In short; don't expect perfection since it, quite frankly, doesn't exist. I will, however, improve my writing, so all reviews are welcome, even flames.

A Note about reviews and flames:

First off; any and all reviews are welcome. I won't, however, ask, plea, or beg for them. If you want to review, that's completely your choice; the same goes for flames. I will accept, and try my best to get something out of them. If you do choose to flame, however, please keep this in mind; think before you flame and give me something to work with. If you give me flames like 'I hate this because they're ooc', or anything along those lines, then I'll accept them since they give me some feedback to work with. However; if you give me flames like 'omg this sux',or 'yaoi is gross', or things like that, then you will be ignored since those types of flames are generally pointless and boring. They may, however, provide a few lulz at your expense.

Then again; if you do post flames like this, it only serves to make you appear less intelligent than you are, and might make you come off as a troll.

In short; please use your head when flaming. It'll make things easier on everyone involved, and won't be a waste of space or time. Also make sure that the person you are flaming is able to understand you, because if they can't, then you are just wasting whatever little time you have instead of doing something more useful.

The Top Ten Reasons Why Anti-Gay Marriage People Are Stupid:

1) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, liposuction and air conditioning.

2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

3) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.

4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.

5) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Brittany Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.

6) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.

7) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.

8) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.

9) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.
