Confessions

Summary: Lily's mother has found out that her daughter is dating James. How will they break this news to Lily's over protective father? With some help from the other Marauders, they're sure to come up with something...creative.

Notes: This was my first fanfic, so naturally, it sucked. It didn't flow well, it wasn't canon compliant at all, and it was just weird. I suppose the only reason I keep it up here is because it holds a special place in my heart because it was the first one I wrote. I'm thinking about going back and rewriting it in an attempt to make it look like I've grown as a writer (which I believe I have), but until that day, it remains the way it is. Crappy, unclear, and odd.

EDIT: After re-reading the story as many times as I have, I decided it was time I take it down. It really wasn't a good representation of how I write and was becoming a bit embarrassing. Thanks to everyone who gave me nice reviews on it, but I think it's time I say goodbye. There's still a chance I'll re-write it, but my muse has been MIA for a long time, so we'll just have to see if that ever happens.

Giving Up

Summary: James is tired. Tired of being ignored by the only person he's ever loved. Tired of being hurt by that person. He decides to confront Lily and tell her how he feels: If she doesn't feel the same way about him that he feels about her, he's giving up.

Notes: I really enjoyed writing this one. I don't have much to say about it except that I was surprised how well it turned out.

The Last Rose

Summary: On Valentine's Day, James gives Lily a vase of roses with a note that says, "I'll love you until the last rose dies." Thinking this means James is over her, Lily tells herself she's happy. But there's one rose that just won't die...

Notes: I'm extremely happy with this one. After I wrote it and read over it again, I was happy with it. The response to it has been great. I really hope you enjoy it!

I'd Like to Apologize in Advance

Summary: Lily and James are spending the day relaxing, when their friend Grace comes running in, apologizing to them, but not explaining why. But when Sirius enters, it all becomes clear...Lily has got to be more careful about who she trusts with secrets...

Notes: This was a story I originally wrote about some random characters I had made up in my head. Looking at it one day I realized with a little tweaking it would be perfect as a fanfic. This is what it became. I was happy with the original story, and with the edits I made, I'm very proud of it. :)

Upcoming stories

H A R R Y P O T T E R

I can tell you now that I will actually be writing a multi-chapter story for Harry Potter! It's during the Marauder Era (naturally) and is centered mostly around Sirius and an OC named Grace, but don't worry, there will still be James/Lily, and maybe even a little Remus/OC. :) Anyway, there's no way I'll back out this time because I've already put way too much time and energy into planning the story to back out now. I don't know when it will be up, because I want to get several chapters done so it doesn't take me a horribly long time to update for you guys. So be on the look-out for that!

Update: I have officially begun writing the above mentioned story. I have finished writing chapter one, but I still have some proofreading/revising to do. I would like to get several chapters finished before I post the first one, because a lot of times when I write more, I think of things I wrote previously that need to be fixed. I also want to have more than one chapter ready at a time, so that when my life gets busy you won't have to wait a loooong time for an update.

Nope. If I had too, I'd probably eat a pink one and try to convince myself it was candy.
