Claire is the name I was given.

I was also given the love for love.

Life without Love

Would be like

A person

With no Air To Breathe.

In my Life, I try the hardest

To surround myself with Love.

In my stories,

I try to show the love

The characters feel.

I try to make YOU, the reader

Feel the love, also.

Why Love?

A poem

In a world of hate and fear,

Why am I the one who is blessed with love?

When everyone else is writhing in pain,

Why must I be the one who glows with happiness?

If someone feels like they are living in their own personal prison,

Why must I feel like I'm souring above, in heaven?

If someone is watching a wonderful romance, wishing theirs was as beautiful,

Why must I be the one who has one just as wonderful?

If the world is asking for love,

Why am I the only one served?

While a group of friends are laughing in a park,

Why am I the one who lost her friends because of the bad love she had?

If a beautiful wedding is taking place,

Why am I the one who is sitting in the back, wishing it was I walking down the aisle?

Why must I cry alone because of a broken heart,

While people around me hold to their lovers and be happy?

While women around me talk about their gorgeous beaus,

Why must I be the one who has the broken heart no one wants to see?

Why can other girls walk through life, happy,

When I am cursed with the gift of love?

I love it and I hate it.

Love brings me happiness.

Love brings me joy.

But Love also brings

Heart ache and sadness.

I am thankful for the gift I am given,

But I also wish I could give it back.

I wish there was someone else who understood my pain and love.

Looking at all of the other women and girls in this world makes me realize something.

We are all given the gift of love, and must do with it what we wish.

We are trusted with the gift that everyone wants,

Without knowing, that we were all given it the second God gave us our soul.

We must accept the gift

And give it away as often as possible.

Love should be shared.

Love should be expressed.

Love was meant to be seen and felt.

We are supposed to love.

We were made to love.

Our purpose is to build a world full of love.

If we want to live happilly, that is what we must do.

We still may ask "Why me? Why was I made to love?"

But we know that we must love if we want to truly live.

Because there is no life without love.

Love is everything.

Love is Life.

I drabble on and on. I never really stop. I continue to write, even if my hands have left the keyboard or my pen's left the page. My mind holds my words.

Hi, eveyone. I hope you enjoyed my poem. My name is Claire. I am fourteen years old. I hope to be a professional author when I grow up. Writing is my favorite thing to do other than reading. My life is full of words. I like many different styles of books. I love period romances. But I am also an obsessive vampire reader. I pretty much love anything with a beautiful romance in it.

I have many favorite books. I love anything with fantasy in it. I write for many different genres. Please do read my stories and review them. I would really appreciate it.

I am a HUGE Broadway fan. I love old fashioned things. Like older music and movies. I, of course, love romances.

I am not a fan of randomness. I love meaningful declarations of love in books and movies.

I like for people to know more about myself so we can become closer, so I tell them a lot about myself.

What I've been working on now, is "A Former Beau" and maybe I'll work on one of my other stories such as; "Eternally Early" and "the Unforseen"...And I've actually started writing for "The Afterfight" again, so keep your eyes open for them. And finally, I'm writing a story for FictionPress called "The Timeless Voyage." I think it's going to turn out great. I'll tell you when I publish it. I know you'll enjoy it.
