Author has written 4 stories for NCIS.

It looks like several folks have come to my profile looking for information about me. So here is something for those who are interested.

I write technical data and proposals in real life. I am a hetero married male with four grown children and one grand child. I spent twenty-two years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, thus the moniker. After retiring from the USAF, I worked eighteen years in civil service for the USAF and retired from there at age sixty-one. I hold a full time job with an aerospace company and plan to work for several more years before I retire completely. My wife and I live in Texas.

I read many one-shot stories, but I rarely leave a review for them. However, occasionally one will really grab me and I will tell the writer how I felt about it.

I try to read only completed stories. When I try to read a chapter at a time, I lose patience with the story because I lose the plot. (This is no longer strictly true either as I am currently following two on-going stories that have my attention.) I grew up reading - a lot, and I would burn through several books a week even as a pre-teen. I got used to that and its seems now that my mind will not hold a plot on a chapter-by-chapter basis. I try very hard to review any story I read that is more than three chapters. If I don't like a story after three chapters, I quit it and move on to something else.

There are several things that will cause me to quit a story: 1) poor spelling (use a spell checker or a beta reader for goodness sake), 2) poor grammar, 3) sloppy dialog, 4) incomplete research especially as regards military matters, and 5) a poor plot line.

I am willing to answer questions about military matters that I have an answer for. If I don't know, I'll tell you, and I'll help you research it.

I don't mind most pairings, but I don't read slash, just doesn't interest me.

I read for entertainment and I have found many entertaining writers among the NCIS facfiction writers. I hope to find more.
