Author has written 11 stories for Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Angel, Harry Potter, and Dollhouse. I write generally Spuffy stuff but I'm open to other pairings or fanworlds. Harry Potter has lately been the focus of my mind though I've barely attempted to write it. I'm finishing up a lot of my fics, I say I'm going to stop writing then another story hits me and I keep going. I love feedback, my imagination only goes so far and in some of my author notes I point out things I'm thinking about doing in my fics; focusing on certain characters .. et c. A warning to flamers! The truth is if you flame and actually say something worthwhile, not just that you hate what I wrote, I can probably defend it. I edit before I update (though some mistakes fall past me, I don't have a beta) so I don't put random crap in. I use quotes from the actual shows and stuff to prevent OC personas from popping up. My view on fanfiction is that people write it to get more of a character. So I use some quotes to make it more real, and if the quote just happens to fit a situation why should I come up with a sub-parr "original" quote that doesn't sound as much like the character? On the other hand I do write most of my ffs only the quotes from the shows aren't mine (of course) So I don't mind people reviewing (Okay, truth be told I love it) and I don't mind private messages as long as they pertain to the fics, characters or show, whatever. I've said for a while now that I'm breaking from writing. Well, it is awfully hard to do so when you have on going fics and a promised sequel in your mind begging to be written. So I've given it some thought and I'm now open to requests though I may not be able to accept them all or write them quickly... :) | |||||
