20 Random Things About Me.

1. The only reason why I really started playing video games is because my best friend - a boy - told me, when I was around ten, that video games were made for boys to play because girls are 'just not good at it.' He has never been able to beat me.

2. My body rejects anesthesia. I am not allergic to it; it just does not work on me. I have had quite the painful experiences because of that.

3. Most of my friends love the Twilight saga and since peer pressure is so strong I ended up reading the books. I have read all four of them and I dislike them all.

4. I used to be an honor students until I realized that I was always going to live in the shadow of someone who did not deserve all the praising she received. It was all the more frustrating because I was always compared to her - she was the good apple and I was the rotten decaying apple. Well, at least I did not fall as low as having my mother exploit her position as vice principal to get me better grades than I could only dream of achieving on my own.

5. I am a tree hugger. Let's save the polar bears!

6.I hate it when people tell me I am going to hell. Well, you know, if I am going to hell at least there's gonna be a lot of really cool people there.

7. I like guns, a lot. I am quite the good shot as well.

8. I love writing, and I have been doing so since I was a kid, but I rarely if ever, let people see my stories.

9. When I was a kid I would dismember my Barbie dolls and carried the body parts in my toy trucks.

10. There was a coup in this place a couple of days ago.

11. I am afraid to death of bugs but only the big ones like grasshoppers and roaches. I will literally pass out if any one gets too close to me.

12. I did not like Titanic.

13. I have been to surgery and I enjoyed every minute of it.

14. Lightning has struck very close to me. Close enough for me for me to remained stunned for a while.

15. I live in a tropical country but I hate the hot weather. Spanish is my mother tongue but I am better at writing and speaking in english.

16. I don't like caramel as an ice cream topping.

17. I love striped socks.

18. I've had to buy an xBox 360 three times - the first time my brothers broke it, the second time a friend broke it.

19. I've volunteered as an interpreter for doctors who are sent to this place with the medical brigades. It has given me the chance to visit the very remote areas of my country.

20. I am the kind of person who would rather look for the remote instead of manually changing the channels.
