After many years of reading fanfiction, I finally decided to get an account and write my own. The stories that are on this page are – or so I like to think – testament to the fact that with time and practice comes improvement.

So You’re a Masochist is by far my best work, and, though I haven’t been able to update it recently because of a tragic mixture of school and technical difficulties, I plan to do so soon!

For those of you who have read my Gossip Girl fics (such as Love, Chuck – basically the only one worth reading, ha ha), I am sorry to say (I really am), that I've given up on the show; it just isn't good anymore. I will always love the first two seasons, but now I feel that the writers are recycling exhausted plots and not even doing a decent job of it. I'm not necessarily saying that I will never write GG again, but it's highly unlikely. I really appreciate all the astounding support I got for all those fics, so thank you so, so much :)

All of my work is un-beta'd (as of yet). I'm rather obsessive about editing my work and hope to eradicate most, if not all, of any errors in my work before I publish it. However, if you stumble over a horrific use of grammar or vocabulary, please let me know and I shall amend the situation ASAP.

Things I Will Never Understand: (a) Why on earth does everyone want Harry to have a twin or (b) to have dated Susan Bones? (c) Why does Draco Malfoy get so much action in, especially with characters that would absolutely never go for him - regardless of his 'sexy' dark mysteriousness (not to mention his delightful and oh-so-lovable personality). (d) Snape is my favorite character, but seriously, Harry/Severus: WTH?

Ships (AKA 'Things I Do Understand – Probably Because They're Canon'): Harry/Ginny, Lily/James, Ron/Hermione.

The only time I will read a non-canon pairing or one with an OC is if it is during the MWPP era about which we know very little (i.e. who Sirius dated while at Hogwarts), and the pairing is subordinate in the story to a canon pairing.

It annoys and saddens me that people are leaving the HP fandom because no more books are to be released. I think that is all the more reason to keep writing: to keep the magic alive.

Anyway, to end this long-winded thing off (which I’m willing to bet only a small, very bored selection of you have even bothered reading), I hope you enjoy my work, and please review; constructive criticism is essential for improvement!
