Delia is a friend of Sam's.She died in a car accident at 18.She thinks Danny and Sam would be cute together.Her powers consist of entangibility and invisibilty. She is telekenetic and is known as one of the most powerful mind controlers.She was once controlled by Ember and was saved by the Sisters of the Phantom which she is now part of: a rebellion who saves anyone who's being controlled.
