Meaning behind current name:

"Scraggles" has been a real life nickname of mine since I was a kid, that, and "Snaggletooth." With my most recent pen name before this one, Oerba Yun Fang, and a lot of fanfiction reading, I decided a swap to "Scraggles" would be a nice inside joke. Thanks to Tear of Light and Muffled Snickers there. You guys are cool. I won't go explaining beyond that. It's a bit embarrassing. ;b

Things about myself that most people don't (want to) know:

I'm a random personality without a favorite color - because really, I do like them all - and a penchant for grilling steak. No, I'm not vegetarian by any means, but that reminds me: I do happen to like organic/kosher/vegan foods more often than not, just not more than my macaroni and ramen; I've been living off of that since I was two feet tall. Anyway, backing away from the subject of food, I'd say that I'm rather friendly, once you get past all the constant touching, spontaneity, and love of chewing things. I'm your average teenager, really; that is, if your average teenager speaks - with varying degrees of success - four or so languages, uses semicolons, and only has talent in the realm of the impractical. You know, things like art, music, and writing - again, to varying degrees - and don't forget about narcissism. Nothing like it to get the blood boiling in the morning, eh?

Occupation:

For as long as is worth my remembering, I've been a writer, artist, musician, beta-reader, otaku (well, maybe just a bit), captain of the fangirling association, hopeless romantic, yuri enthusiast, kitchen assistant (for those top-shelf items), head chef, babysitter, euphonium addict, sousaphone girl, guitarist, tenor/contralto singer, trombone sub-in, amateur dj, composer, and soon-to-be college freshman. Life's great, non?

Now Playing/Obsessed with:

Games - in no particular order, Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2. Dead Rising, Borderlands, Left 4 Dead 2, Resonance of Fate, Mass Effect, Dragon's Dogma.. The list goes on, really; there's a host of lovely games I've been stuck on lately, if I'm to be entirely honest. Also, just snagged a used copy of Alan Wake, a limited edition ACIII, and a new Samurai Warriors 2. Excited to start writing in these universes. :D

Music - Anything Joan Baez, Ellie Goulding, Ke$ha, Korn, Katy Perry, deadmau5, Lady Sovereign, coupled with a good balance of today's mashups and assorted classical music. And then there's always ensemble performances I've done with various bands across my state -- mmm, memories. ;b

Movies/TV and fics - Well, if it counts, I've been watching sappy anime inbetwixt reading HP fanfics - oh, and lots of music/pairing vids. My unhealthy obsession with Pansy Parkinson hasn't helped much, and neither has my love of the Bellatrix/Hermione pairing. Weird, right? Oh, and there's also the entirety of FFnet that I've been scouring for those hard to find Mass Effect pairings with femShep; she's the bomb, diggity.

Currently Working On:

As of March, I've scrapped many projects, however, in collaboration with Tear of Light, I'll be writing "Empiéter", the counterpart to "Eingreifen". If all goes well, chapters should start to pop up in April.. or maybe not, since April's come and gone. It's going slowly, but that's mostly my fault. First chapter is nearing completion, however, so...

Currently Angreh About:

Inability to get online for long periods of time. Pisses me off because I have no control over this due to rigid school activity schedule and change of address. Hope it gets fixed by the time I get into college.

Currently Happeh About:

Serah's badassery and whopping amounts of Farroncest in XIII-2, insane proportions, if we're talking Requiem of the Goddess DLC (I indeed did snag it), lol; the 67 (Sice/Seven) pairing being confirmed, however onesided it may be in FF Type-0's alternate ending; fanservice, fanservice, fanservice; lots of fanfiction fuel on the interwebs, despite the fact that I lack the will to write at the moment; thinking about college; a new hoodie from said college; an eight page research paper that I have to do over Thanksgiving holiday, oddly enough; speaking of which, to all of you, have a damn happy turkey day, will ya?

Most likely to get published next:

Other than "Empiéter", probably just the odd oneshot or two. Writing is going very slowly. I am making progress on a few fic skeletons I had done. They're working nicely. Won't post until completely finished though. Would suck to start submitting chapters only to figure out that I'm not going to get that muse again and have the fic die.

Fics I'm considering writing:

Too many of them to count, but I'm leaning heavily towards FFXIII and Resonance of Fate at the moment - Farroncest and Lanille, and Zephyr/Leanne and Miranda/Leanne, respectively.

Also, the beginnings of a Darlene/Becky fic for the Roseanne fandom teases my testi- I mean, tesla balls .. er, what's the 'T' word I'm looking for here? Nevermind. It suffices to say that I've been thinking about a Darlene/Becky fic (no, not the Sarah Chalke Becky, the other one, whose name evades me.. Think it's Lecy Goranson, but I dunno, could just be some random clone) lately... The characters had such chemistry on set, it was hard to believe they weren't getting it on while the cameras weren't rolling.. or doing whatever it is that hot chicks in the 90's do when they're not under the scrutiny of a live audience. Erm, yeah.

That being said, I've also got a Poison Ivy fic as well (yes, I did watch that semi-erotic sorta kinda almost scandalous B movie, and I liked it), so there's Ivy/Sylvie/Georgie rolling around in my head. Cool, ne?

Additionally, I'd like to write some Seven/Sice, Cinque/Seven, Sice/Cater, King/Deuce, Sice/Cinque, and Deuce/Queen for FF Type 0.

Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention - got some Pansy/Luna and Luna/Lavender going here. Gotta love the HP fandom, eh? Those girls just don't get enough love, heh.

Fics I've considered discontinuing:

At the moment, "Art of the Upskirt". The plot that I had in my mind has been so sufficiently derailed that I can't really bear to look at it anymore.. and the writing was just, ugh. I almost want to just delete it, but if I do that, I won't have a backup for fanart reference in case my hard drive dies. Plus, some people will probably hit me; I know I'd hit me if I were a fan of a story and the author just up and deleted it after evidently false promises of updates, y'know?
