Author has written 35 stories for Paranormal State, Harry Potter, Star Trek: 2009, Tin Man, Pretty Little Liars, Reboot, Supernatural, Criminal Minds, A song of Ice and Fire, Lord of the Rings, and Merlin. Hi. :) Welcome to my profile, fellow fanfic readers! A little bit about me: You can call me Eryn or Oracle, whichever. Time for a profile update! I'm in my fourth and final year of this degree. It still hasn't sunk in yet, and I'm overloading on courses this year so I can graduate this June. My writing will be pretty much ground to a halt, unfortunately. I know I owe so many updates and I keep meaning to find time to do them but I just can't get myself excited about them right now. I'm so sorry, guys, but I will get on them all as soon as humanly possible! Stuff I have on the go right now: - Hopeless, a Pretty Little Liars story. It's inclusive of season one and a half; I haven't followed anything after so it's pretty AU. I don't own the profile pic. Chapter four is now up! :) Update: February 11/11: Hey guys, just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who is reading my stories. I appreciate it so much, you have no idea. The support I've gotten from some of you is just overwhelming, and I thank you for it. I know I've left some of my other stories hanging, and I'm sorry for that. I'm pretty deep into the PLL fandom right now, so my other work will be on hold probably until the summer. :( When I get my inspiration back, I'll update the others, but right now I just have too much going on to focus on more than one fandom. I have not forgotten my other stories, but I just don't have any inspiration for them right now. When I do, expect updates! Also, on a more sombre note, I know a lot of people are caught up in the whole 'Emily/Maya vs Emily/Toby' situation. I can appreciate being passionate about a pairing;I personally have a couple pairings that I hate to see changed or torn apart in stories, so I know the feeling. There have been a couple reviews on 'Hopeless', saying that Emily should just drop Toby all together and be with Maya, and that's fine. That's your opinion and you're entitled to it. But 'Hopeless' is not an Emily/ Maya story. Yes, it focuses on all the characters separately, but at the end of the story, the main pairing will be of the Emily/ Toby variety. The Emily/ Maya pairing, while a lot of people support it, just isn't one that I personally subscribe to. If you do, great, more power to you. But please don't write comments about how much you hate certain characters because they're not a part of the pairing you support. I love Maya's character, I think she's a great character with a lot of potential, but not her and Emily together. I just don't think their pairing would work out in the long run, and that's my opinion. I love Spencer and Toby as characters, but I'm not particularly fond of them being romantically linked, and again, that's my opinion. The point is, guys, if you have a genuine criticism of some aspect of my stories, please, tell me, I want to know so I can get better and make it a more enjoyable story for everyone to read. But writing comments about how much you hate characters just brings the whole feeling of the chapter down and is just asking for words to be said that have no place in a fandom like PLL. I don't want to disable the anonymous review feature because not everyone has a ff . net account and I can appreciate that; I didn't have one until last year. If you have an opinion on the story, you have every right to share it, which is why I left the anonymous reviewing option open. But, comments saying that you hate a character because of who they may or may not be with is just unnecessary and unpleasant for me to receive and for others to read. So please guys, if you don't like the pairing mentioned in a story, that's great. That's completely up to you. But comments regarding hate are just unnecessary. If it's a valid and genuine comment regarding the story, what you liked, what you didn't like, adjustments I should make to the characters, please tell me, with a valid reason why you liked or didn't like it, and we can discuss it. I'm totally open to constructive criticism and comments. (Or if you just want to tell me to update and that you're enjoying the story, I love those reviews too. xD) Otherwise, please, just keep the comments regarding hate to yourself. So, enough of my ranting.
