About Me: My Name is Nikole. You can call me nikki, I've been reading fanfiction for five years now, but im not much of a writer. Everybody else ok with only if they are done right as said with HP. Pet Pevs on Harry Potter Fanfiction: I feel like such an asshole for saying this, but I just can't stand bad written fanfics. I know I dont have anyroom to talk since I haven't written anything yet, but I know good fanfic when I see it. Its like I've been a fan of Harry Potter since I've been in the 5th grade and now I'm a senior in High School I know my HP. It's these small lil things that people do to erk my nerve, like when somone is making a fanfic about Harry who has this attitude that he can do anything and everything and they give him that power. He then uses it to get back at all the people who gave his life hell, Which everyone is the Dursleys which then the Fic turns into a Dumbledore bashing because the Question is, Did Dumbledore know about the abuse? So anway, Dumbledore becomes the bad guy ok I can deal with that, infact I love Dumbledore bashing but its...(I can't explain it but I'm a try), The arthurs arent getting that Harry can't be all powerful, Dumbledore has to win at something it just can't be Dumbledore trys to foil Harry's Plans (Whatever they may be) but then gets put into his place ugghh i mean there needs to be contrast or whats the point in him being in the story? lol that was long but wait theres more Harry Potter pregant? I'm not sure how I feel about that. I mean it can be ok, but you have to know how to make it more believeable understand how that kind of stuff works before you go writting cheesy fanfic. Like Angry Harry, Sad Harry, and back to Angry Harry. There is this fanfic I'm reading where he is pregant and Lucius is the father It started out great I mean I loved it alot but I just hate how him and Lucius don't give certain characters chances ...ok i'm going way ahead of myself but ok If you were Harry abused almost the majority of your life but happen to find love in a man that you know will not do you know harm but others see him as a death eater and on top of that the bad guy which is dumbledor who is loved by almost everyone tells one of hte people who has no problem with dumbledore whats going on. . they would think that Lucius is doing the abusing and forced himself on harry. Ok your thinking what is my problem with that. the problem is they can atleast hear the man out as to why he thinks the way he thinks and not talk down to him make him look bad...again hard to explain. Feels good to let all that out though. Prejudices? Ummmm, Well I kind of don't like muggles and I don't like mudbloods. If i was apart of the wizarding world of HP I would be a powerful Pureblood with connections that go all the way back to the founders. I'm sorry it just the way it is. When I say prejudices i don't mean black and white and all the other colors in the rainbow that matters not to me. My mother taught me to love everyone with all my heart and I do. I just can't do muggles and mudblood. Sue me ok!!!! Sooo, when I do make a fan fic which I pray will be sooooonn, Hermione will be pureblood, Harry will be Pureblood, Severus will be Pureblood as well no halfbloods! Everyone else can remain the way they are only because not everyone can be purebloods now can they? A Perfect Story? A story about Hermione who finds out that her who life was a lie. Her parents are not muggles but Pureblood who's memories have been motified. Some how they get their memory back and Hermiones world turns upside down. It has to be a Hermione/Draco because those I just can't get enough of. But It has to be done right They can't have so much haterd for each other that only finding out that she is a pureblood make the two fall for each other, there is so much more to it. The missing feelings that need to be shown. What if she doesn't say anything to her friends about it? What if she just keeps quiet about the whole thing. Draco is going to act like his normal hateful self right? Right, but then her parents turn out to be darkwizards and move into the communty they have been raised in so it gets into the newspapers and the secret is out. Hermione Granger pureblood? Ron turns his back on Her, Harry is unsure of himself. Pansy who has never really hatted hermione is all for it, she could drop the pretense of hatting her and be the friend she always wanted to be. Draco is also unsure of himself so he kind of distant himself from her but destiny isn't to kind to the two soon to be lovers... Ok before I start writting a story on here lol, I'm going to stop there. I would so fall in love with a story like that.
