Dear Authors: Stephenie Meyer wrote a lovely series of books which took over my life for the 10 days I spent reading them repeatedly. While they left me aching for more, I would probably have gotten over it. Instead, I found your stories, and they showed me a piece of self that was buried so deeply I didn’t even know I’d lost it. Your fiction has kept me captivated for months and altered my outlook irreparably. You have given so much of yourself. You are brave, smart and incredibly sexy. You offer up your ideas, raw, unbridled and fresh from the wound in your soul where you wrenched them free. Your stories remain entirely un-homogenized, the edges still sharp from where they were cut. It is an amazing gift which you have. I am continually amazed by the way your writing can move me, and I appreciate it so much. You contribute so much to this intense community full of inspiring women who are at once amazing, independent, genuine and provocative. You deserve some appreciation. You amaze me.
