When I was little my mother told me I could be anything I wanted to be (as parents are obligated to do). After giving some thought to the matter, I replied, "No I couldn't. What if I wanted to be a shopping cart?" Thankfully, I opted for Marine Biologist once I hit pre-school. Before it was all the rage, mind you. Several years later and one experimental stint as a Journalism major, I am currently working my way to "Biology Major With a Concentration in Marine Biology." One day I will be the next Cousteau, or the person dressed up in the giant Shamu costume at Sea World. Hopefully not the latter. Nothing beats a well-developed storyline and characters with depth. I am a firm believer in humor with a plot--a concept I continually strive for in the majority of my works. I love a good angst or witty piece. | |||||
