My name is Faecat - Cat of the Fae (true story!)

I enjoy reading and have come to seriously enjoy writing too. I have been a novelist for quite some time, though few of those have come to fruition for me yet - they will, just not yet. However, fanfiction has taken me hostage and eaten my split personality alive. So, here you have the results of that. I do warn any new readers that, no matter how they begin it seems, my stories usually end up pretty dark. I tend to try and implement real life reactions and cause-and-effect stratigies to my stories, and unfortunately that means that people do suffer, people do get hurt, people do cry and have pity parties, and sometimes, people die. I try not to dwell on these things - moving the story past those parts as quickly and smoothly as I can without disrupting the flow. You have now been warned. I am attempting to place more focus on the more positive things in life in my stories, as practice in the traits that I don't tend to use often, or at all sometimes, so there may be a few less-than-dark fics turning up before too long.

I do also post here that I am a Pagan Priestess because I feel it is important that everyone understands that I do have my own religious beliefs to fall back on, but also that I feel other religions have their validates as well. I do not tolerate religious flaming of any kind. Thank you.

I have many animals in my life, though the numbers are dwindling lately. It is a sad state of affairs, but a fact of life. Tends to happen when you have animals verging on the ages of 13-17 years old.

I am a Auto Mechanics Technician in training - so there will be some obvious references to my learning experiences, I'm sure. I'm a nerd, a goofball and any thing else along those lines you'd like to call me. I love to enjoy what I love to enjoy and don't particularly care who has a problem with it. I can't spell for anything and my imagination will run away with me. I do write as I said before, I draw, I sculpt, I write music/lyrics and poems, I do some jewelry work and some carpentry...pretty much if I can make something with it I will. I love animals, plants and the sky. Generally I dislike people (as a mass, individuals are fantastic though). I'm shyish, quietish but when I'm angered, not someone you really want to be in the way of. I fence (ren style) and also do live blades. I belly dance. I do performances at faires (if you've been to one in central US, you've probably seen me) as a gypsy among pirates. Yes, I have tattoos. Yes...I have an Autobot tattoo and YES it glows under the blacklight because it's that awesome. I can't imagine I haven't covered anything...I'm pretty open to anything.

Above all else I believe love is love no matter the situation. If you don't like it that's just fine, you were born with the right to make up your mind as you see fit. I just don't really see where other people have business telling someone what is right or wrong when it comes to matters of the heart. (Yes I do think that it's important enough to put that here...my stories generally don't contain same gender relationships, but if they do the warning is now out there.)Kthanx.
