A lieutenant by the name of Kathryne Sauter ( Kate ) has gone through much within the three years she has met her Autobot guardian, Cyberlynx.

What she never knew, was that there were more just like him, and that her cousin, Sam Witwicky, had his own guardian as well. Now being sent back to the Washington base with her old recruits, Epps and Lennox, she can't help but feel that this encounter will sooner change the way she sees everything.

Secrets have been revealed, and she can not come to trust the other Autobots, especially Optimus Prime. Though when drastic measures occur, will she turn to them for help?
