JUST CHECKING IN: it is now April 18, 2009, and it has been over a year since I have updated any of my stories or done much of anything on this site. The story for Elisir is still as fresh in my head as ever, but in case anybody reads this, I'm sorry to inform you that I see no updates in store for the near future: considering my job, side projects, and keeping a relationship going, I have next to no time left for writing. I have noticed, however, that several folks have added me to their favorites list since my departure, and for this, I am very, very grateful; in case anybody is dying to know what's to happen in any of incomplete fics, feel free to contact me and we can chat about it.
Alright, that sounds kinda vain, but it's the best I can do for now. Rest assured, I do still want to at least conclude Elisir before I die, but getting back into the mindset has proved a challenge. Oh, how I long for the technology that will let me stick a suction cup to my noggin and have the words write themselves down! Alas, until that lazy manner of writing does come about, it'll be just me struggling against my inner sloth, and I hope against hope that all of you (who remain) will be patient until then. A huge thank-you to anyone who still enjoys my stories and takes the time to review: you are one of the few.
