Hora de atualizar minha ficha.

O que dizer sobre mim? Não sei ao certo por onde começar, o que é realmente engraçado. As pessoas vivem me dizendo que tenho jeito com as palavras, mas na hora de me descrever elas parecem se perder nos confins da minha mente.

Enfim, creio que não há necessidade de dizer que adoro anime e mangá. Sou de São Paulo, capital.

Ler sempre foi uma das minhas maiores paixões. Assim, para começar a escrever foi um pulo. Evolução natural, por assim dizer. Comecei escrevendo fanfictions – histórias escritas por fãs ou apreciadores de determinado assunto ou personagem. Logo, trabalhar em cima de criações alheias já não me satisfazia. Assim, comecei a desenvolver meus próprios personagens e a mergulhar ainda mais no mundo da literatura.

Escrever é minha vida, meu vício, meu ópio. Escrevo para não perder a sanidade nesse caos que se tornou nosso mundo.

Influências literárias? Sim, tenho várias. Shakespeare, Machado de Assis (o melhor escritor da literatura brasileira), Clarice Lispector, J.R.R.Tolkien, José Saramago, Gabriel Garcia Marques, Franz Kafka, Edgar Alan Poe, Flaubert, Goethe. E por aí vai… Eu leio muita coisa. De bulas de remédio a placas de estrada. Portanto não se espantem se encontrarem citações e homenagens no meio dos meus textos.

Time to update my profile.

What to say about me? Don’t know exactly where to begin, which is rather funny. People keep always telling me I do have some skill with words, but when it comes to talk about myself they seem to fade away in the depths of my mind.

Anyway, I believe there’s no need to say I like anime and manga. I’m Brazilian actually and was born in São Paulo.

Reading has always been one of my greatest passions. So, it was just a small step to start writing. A natural evolution, if you say so. I began with fanfictions – stories writen by fans of something. I was fourteen by that time, which makes me 24 now. Soon, writing about other people’s characters was not enough for me, so I started creating my own characters and dived even deeper into the literature world.

Writing is my life, my addiction. I write not to loose my sanity amongst the chaos our world has become.

Literary influences? Yes, I have many. Shakespeare (best writer ever), Machado de Assis (best Brazilian writer ever), Clarice Lispector, J.R.R.Tolkien, José saramago, Gabriel Garcia Marques, Franz Kafka, Edgar Alan Poe, Flaubert, Goethe. And so on… I read many things. From medicine prescription to road signs. So don’t be surprised to find quotes and tributes in my texts.

Card Captor Sakura Fanfictions

Chrono: Travellers of Time — Chrono não morreu. Decidi escrever todo o resto da história antes de postar para que não fique esse intervalo ridiculamente grande entre os capítulos. Quando eu voltar a postá-lo, será com intervalos medidos de duas semanas apenas entre os capítulos. Aguardem. =3

Asas Para um Sonho — Hiatus. O projeto está parado e não sei quando poderei retomá-lo. Estou passando por um período de falta de inspiração terrível para terminar minhas fics. Este conto está me dando particular trabalho por ser um UA e por conter muitos elementos de discussão filosófica e humanitária. Pretendo retomá-lo tão logo as idéias tenham se consolidado.

Verbos Alados — Concluído. =D

PROJECTS STATUS

Chrono: Travellers of Time — I’m working hard to translate the chapters into English. Soon the first chapter will be published (at least I hope so). By the time, I leave the full summary here.

Syaoran is suddenly sent to an alternative dimension where he’s been dead. Now, with Eriol and Sakura’s help he must find a way back home. And so his Journey begins… In his adventure to repair a past mistake he will meet the Mage Council, face a demonic witch and discover the truth about himself.

This is the first part of a Trilogy made of Travellers of Time, The Jewels of Destiny and Time of Judgement. A great saga about pride, honour and, above all things, love.

Wings for a Dream — Hiatus. This project will take a little bit longer to take shape cause I’ve decided to focus on Chrono first. Besides, this one’s a harder fic, with many philosophical and humanitarian discussions. I’ll resume working on this one as soon as I finish translating the five first chapters of Chrono. Read the summary below.

AU. Yue is the son of a poor fisherman and lives in a miserable village. He seems to be the only one who sees the selfishness of mankind. There, he witnesses greed, envy, hatred and betrayal. There, he longs for a better life. And there he will meet an angel who will teach him to see the world with other eyes. A high drama and angst fiction.

The Piano — Being translated. This is one of my favourite written stories. A soft romance between Eriol and Tomoyo, connected by their (and one of my) greatest passion: music.

Além destes, possuo alguns projetos envolvendo Death Note e Sandman, mas que por enquanto estão apenas em fase de planejamento. Quando tiver mais notícias sobre eles postarei aqui.

Beside these projects I do have some side projects with Death Note and Neil Gaiman’s Sandman. Yet, these are still being planed and structured by now. As soon as I have more news about them I'll let you know.
