Author has written 12 stories for Harry Potter, Vampire Diaries, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Twilight, and Wheel of Time. Just a twenty-something girl in Portland, OR with an unhealthy obsession with fanfiction. I'm not a dedicated "shipper" in any fandom - I like any pairing that requires an interesting story to make it work. I read Harry with just about anyone, especially multiple partners, though if I had to pick one OTP, it would be Harry/Draco. PS. Don't worry, Praying to the Stars fans, I will come back and finish this story. I don't abandon stories, otherwise I'd never be able to sleep at night. THE VAMPIRE DIARIES Definitely my biggest guilty pleasure and the fandom I am least likely to admit in public that I enjoy. I'm all about Elena/Damon and Elena/Klaus, with Elena/Damon/Ric as my OT3. BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER I came to this party late ("only" fourteen years after it first aired in '97, whoops), but boy, I'm glad I did. So many materials for good plots, and some very realistic (and attractive) characters to play with. I especially love Buffy/Spike, Buffy/Faith and Buffy/Spike/Faith (OT3!). TWILIGHT Okay, I have lots and lots of issues with the Twilight series as a piece of literature and some of the messages it conveys, but I nevertheless like playing with the characters. Favorite pairing? Bella/Jasper hands down, no contest. WHEEL OF TIME WoT is another major fandom I'm into, though good fanfiction here is depressingly rare. For me, it's just as immersive as Harry Potter, and in some ways more, because there's so much more material, description, and world-building. I'm also a little obsessed with Rand/Logain, though I will take what I can get and read any decent WoT story. | |||||||||
