Updating and re-writing since I'm now being active.

I'm 55 years old and discovered manga's during the spring of 2009. I like the originally defined 'shonen-ai' more than 'yaoi' but really, if its got a good storyline that I can enjoy then I go for it. I'm slowly reading each and every manga I can find online and compiling a massive list of my favorites. If I re-read it too many times I put on my list to buy.

Until I started writing here, the only thing I wrote to be read by lots of people was non-fiction articles on collectible card games. A few of those were published so I consider myself to be more of a non-fiction writer than fiction.

Personal information - Unfortunately I'm diabetic, have high blood pressure, depression, 2 bulging discs and one dessicate disc which keep me from walking more than a few hundred feet, and Lupus. Sometimes my mind gets a big confused from the meds I take although I have no idea how some people can get groggy or high on Vicodine. As far as I'm concerned its just a decent pain med.

I have 4 cats - wound up with the 4th when I took in two stray kittens. They were black which are not real adoptable. The local shelter already had 7 black cats waiting to be adopted. I got the sister adopted and then her brother made himself at home in my house and decided to stay. My cats' names are: Xena (seal point female siamese born in 1986), Eowyn (born in the spring of 2003 - I think - adopted from Siamese rescue she's a spoiled lynx point Siamse mix and the most active of the cats, and a great jumper who excels at knocking things down), Trjegul (his name means Tree Amber and he's the first male I've ever had, 23 inches long with a 13 inch tail he weighs in at 16lbs and likes to climb on my chest and cuddle under the chin. He's a marmalade and white cat); Mahess (One of the son's of Bast, the stray I talked about earlier, he has a few white hairs on his chest, under each arm and a white bikini mark. He purrs louder than anyone but Xena when picked up and lies as limp as a Ragdoll when held so long as he's not frightened. He still retains many of the characteristics of a stray and is the most vocal of all but Eowyn. His sister looked like an Oriental Shorthair so I know he has Siamese in him.) Yeah, I'm pretty partial to Siamese but that's okay Trjegul, you're the odd man out but one of the best cuddlers ever. LOL!

Personal Pet Peeve - people who abandon stories when they are incomplete. Especially when they have a good plot. I've found one person out there who couldn't finish the story but published a summary of what would have happened. They will forever have my gratitude. THAT'S THE WAY TO DO IT PEOPLE!!

Announcement! As of a little before Oct 1st I now have a beta reader. Updating will become slower but my writing should be a lot better. Rejoice! :)

Stories - PLEASE read and review. I expect suggestions on how to be better and comments on what I've done wrong - then I can get better.

In the Beginning - this is from a manga that I thought had a great idea, great characters and poor execution (my apologies to the author), so I decided to write my own version. This part is wrapped up, and sometime I will move on to stories about the 5 who survived the experiments.

FAKE:

Kissess Sweeter Than Wine - Short one shot that got into my brain and had to be written. FAKE universe, DeeXRyo from Ryo's point of view. Completed

Best Served Cold - Ryo's taking out the trash while Dee's at his house dressing to impress. But will Ryo ever get to see Dee's new suit? What happens when a man out for revenge goes after those close to Dee?

G-Defend:

A Vacation - Although this is from the G-Defend universe I put enough background in it so that you don't have to know G-Defend to read it, the manga has too few fans. Sometimes taking a vacation from work is a bad idea. Completed

Wild Adapter:

No One - a story about Makota's time growing up. Although this is told from his point of view its also told in third person. I can't imagine him using personal point of view at a young age. Completed

Running - A bit of Tokito before Kubota found him.Completed

From the World of Darkness - What happens when Kubota is hit upside the head across the nerve that connects to the eyes. (Inspired the story of a friend who went blind for a couple of hours when this happened.) In progress.

Not Again While I'm Alive - In process and not yet published this story deals with what happens when Kubota takes a bullet for Tokito and why he did it - is it just love? Is it solely about Tokito or is someone else involved? I've started this story and it looks like there will be a lot of Tokito in the story which is interesting (for me) since I relate to Kubota more.
