Author has written 29 stories for Twilight, Black Jewels Trilogy, and Harry Potter. Hi! My name is Lori. I'm a 33 year old married hairdresser. I have a cat named Mau Mau and I'm in LOVE with Twilight and have been since I saw the first movie. Its all I think about and I'd like to tell you how I fell in love with it: A few people reccommended the series (a bookstore employee, customers at my job, even friends of mine), but I resisted because they were saying that it was 'the new HP'. I was skeptical. I saw the first movie and realized that Rob Pattinson was Cedric from HP. I did some research and found pics of both Twilight and HP casts. I liked the way he play both his parts and when my 13 year old niece brought her book over on Thanksgiving, I borrowed it. I said, "I just want to read 1 chapter, and then I'll give it back." She agreed and I was barely finished with chapter 5 before she left for the night promising to let me borrow it when she was finished. Christmas came and went...New Years came and went... She STILL had yet to lend the book to me, so I took my Christmas money and Border's giftcards and bought the first 2 books. I read them non-stop. Loved the first book and went right to the second. I cried my eyes out when Edward broke up with Bella... It felt like my soul was being torn in half! After finishing New Moon (less then a week after I'd bought them), I insisted to my hubby that I could NOT live through the next whole week without reading the next book, so he took me back to the bookstore and I bought both Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. I hardly put them down until I was done, and from the last page of the last book, I went back to the first page of the first book. I proceeded to re-read them a total of 13 times in a row.My hubby even joked that the books got more action then him! He was right! LOL! The very next month, I started reading a fic called Indian Summer by Tami Flournoy and by April I was even writing FF on TTS. When they stopped allowing certain things that made the stories make sense (cursing, adult-ish themes, etc.) I went to FFFW (now TFFFW). From there, I started reading Tara-sue-me's The Submissive/ The Dominant/ The Training and several other adult (and lemony) stories. I loved it and went to ffnet for the alerts and fave lists. Slowly I wrote more and more. I used to HATE writing... In high school, you couldn't PAY me to write my name, much less a story. Now I have 24 stories, total. 11 are complete, the rest are still WIP. Isn't that a crazy story right there? LOL! Anyway, I love most of the FanFics out there, but I've really been into the ones about BDSM and some of those with E/B/J threesomes. I love the poly-amorous stories too.
