Author has written 4 stories for Twilight.

I'm just your normal, everyday, run-of-the-mill mother of four who happens to live in Costa Rica. I have been a writer since I was a child, but I took a long hiatus from anything remotely creative to settle down and have my family. Then one day I brought home the movie Twilight for my husband to watch; I knew it was about vampires, and since he's always been the vampire-lover in our family, I thought he might like it. Boy was I wrong. Yes, I know, I must have been living in a black hole for the past couple of years not to have known what Twilight was all about, but once I watched the movie I was intrigued and had to google the book. After purchasing the first one, I finished the book in a few hours...and went out and bought the last three and finished those in a weekend. Don't get me wrong: SM is not the best author in the world, but she has constructed some truly real-feeling characters and a very (to me) endearing and facinating universe. I re-read all the books multiple times, and wished for more. I joined a Twilight website just for the heck of it, and realized that I wasn't alone in my being an adult who is in love with these characters: there are many of us! And on that site is where I discovered fanfiction. I have never heard of such a beast before. I did a little reading and found, sadly, that most of the stuff out there isn't that good...then I had a dream about Alice in the asylum, and had to write it to get it out of my head...and The Long Road Home was born. Now, over 80,000 words later in that story, I actually have fans and I have truly rediscovered my creativity, thanks to Twilight. Fanfic is my very fulfilling and rewarding hobby; my focus, however, is to now get something published, which is my lifelong dream. For those of my readers who follow my stories, THANK YOU. For those of you who are new, PLEASE, comment and review, I love to hear your thoughts, good or bad, because that is how a writer learns and grows and develops. Thank you for taking the time to read and comment and thank you for stopping by my page! ;)

NOTE 10/6/11: I have been absent for a VERY long time for various reasons. Now I'm back and am in the process of re-vamping (OK, bad pun intended) my fics and updating them. Thanks for being patient and loyal...you all rock.
