Author has written 7 stories for Chronicles of Narnia. I am Metonomia, and my fandoms are Narnia, primarily, and also BBC Merlin, Doctor Who/Torchwood, and Supernatural. Go check out NFFR, and their amazing podcast, AsCast, and Revolution Radio, where you can find fanfics in audio form - they're what inspired me to actually give this a go. It's an absolutely fantastic, welcoming community with a busy forum and chatroom and delightful people. Also, the site has a great catalogue of (screened!) Narnia stories, so head on over there to read quality fics or submit your own for consideration! I absolutely adore the Chronicles of Narnia, and everything to do with said series. I read all the books once as a little kid, had fun, but didn't really get them. Then I reread them when the movie was set to come out and was floored by the vast array of literary, mythological, Christian, etc. value to be found in all the books. I could go on for hours and hours just having in-depth discussions of what things mean, which I suppose is why I'm here! I would, as any other writer on this site, greatly appreciate any reviews - I want to become a better writer, and the only way I know to do that is to have people read my stories and offer their constructive criticism, so please, criticize away (constructively though, if you will). Disclaimer: I do not own The Chronicles of Narnia, nor any of the characters, places, or ideas expressed therein. I am not writing for profit, and am not, nor ever shall be, C.S. Lewis. I am merely 'filling in the gaps.' My Stories To Touch Her Hearing - I had a very weird night studying for my finals, and it produced this idea: what could I do with Corin's relationship to the Queens of Narnia. Because it's always the boys who get the dramatic love stories, and because I wanted to Go There. Bacchus had kind of hijacked this story and demanded to be a central part, which I'm honestly not too upset about. We'll see where it goes. Dearest Susan - My Susanfic. I kind of hate it now? We'll see, maybe I'll finish it someday, but for now definitely on hiatus. The Silliest Time of One's Life - Drabbles focusing on vital parts of Susan's life which 'explain' her. This blew up in my mind until it became DS, and therefore is on a bit of a hiatus, but I do think I will finish it as I am able and inspired. Red - Oneshot, written for NFFR's Summer Challenge (Color). Edmund must learn to overcome the horrors that his dream-memories of the Witch stir up. Lux Perpetua - Another oneshot, this time for NFFR's Autumn Challenge, the theme of which was the Lamppost. A story focusing on Lucy and her various aspects as Queen of Narnia. | |||||||
