Author has written 26 stories for In Plain Sight. 6/5/12 What a year we've had! So sad that my fave show is over. I got a fabulous opportunity to go on set this spring, watch them filming part of 5x7, got to meet Mary, Fred, Paul, Tangie, Will McCormack, even Mary's father! Everyone was *so* nice to us. Such a thrill. Like many, I am very unhappy with how the show ended, especially with the dissolution of the partnership and friendship. I don't know how else to interpret that balcony scene, but that Mary and Marshall can't be friends like they used to be. So after due thought, and a chance to calm down a bit, I'm working on a finale fix fic. Don't know when I'll have it ready, but I will be rolling it out eventually. 7/31/11 It's been a bit of a brutal year. I had major surgery in the spring and am still in the recovery process, desperately wanting my energy levels back to where they were. I have a couple different ideas I'm working on, one which I've started writing, just reached a bit of an impasse. Waiting for some sort of inspiration to strike. Heat, humidity, low energy; these do not make for ideal writing conditions. I do have a one shot that I think I'll be able to post soon. So bear with me! 2/17/11 Finally, after several months in the works and a few more just germinating on the idea, I have the first chapter of my new story up. Chapters should follow fairly quickly as it is basically written, just need to wrap up the ending. 11/20/10 Wow, coming up on one year since I posted my first story. This has been a great experience. I have thoroughly enjoyed the creative process and hope that my stories have improved over time. I have a new one I've been working on, but having trouble beating it into submission. Since I don't start posting until I have a story completed (I hate being left hanging in the middle of a good one that never gets finished, don't you?) it may be awhile, but rest assured, I'm trying.
