Author has written 6 stories for Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Criminal Minds.

Yo. I'm Hazel.

My real-life friends on fanfiction are cammieXzach9900, Alexex, Hanako Tani and Rachel Winks. And my OC buddy/Super awesome FF friend is Pop'n'lock7 (if you like Naruto or Victorious, I strongly suggest her stories).

Writing Meme:

1. How about a brief introduction of yourself?
Well, I'm Hazel. Fifteen years old, 5 foot 7 (although I have a very L-like slouch. so I look like 2-3 inches shorter), and abnormally pale. I love unicorns, crime shows, books and anime.

2. And what got you into fanfiction to begin with?
I don't even know, really. I had started playing around with writing about a year before even thinking about fanfiction and then my friend Maya told me about fanfiction.net. My first story was about A Series of Unfortunate Events. And it SUCKED. It sucked BAD. If anyone who reads my profile remembers that story, I DEEPLY apologise for it... And love you for sticking around for so long. ^_^

3. What kind of fanfiction do you like to write?
I like adventurous stories sprinkled with angst, bonds and fluff. It's kind of hard to explain, because it really depends on how I feel while writing.

4. Do you tend to write the same pairings/characters? Or are you a fandom whore?
Generally, I guess I stick to the same pairings. I write a lot of Naruto crap... Mainly SasuSaku and NaruHina. Although, I do admit to being a bit of a closet fandom whore (I write about a shit ton of pairings, but mostly in unpublished fics).

5. What is your most popular fanfic and why do you think people like it so?
Currently, my most popular fanfic is Ensnared. I think people like it because it's well written (for me, anyway). I really focused on the Elric brothers' bond, which gave the story an emotional aspect, and there was also an action aspect with the BAU and Scar.

6. Forget other people...what is the fanfic you've written that you're most proud of?
Same answer, really. I LOVED writing Ensnared, and it is the best thing I've ever written. When I go back and re-read it, it's a relief to see no huge plot holes (like I have had in other stories). I'm just really happy with how it turned out. Also, I love the Elric brothers to death, and writing for them (especially Alphonse) was just awesome because they are such well-developed, multi-dimensional characters.

7. Do you find writing easy? Hard? What are the most difficult aspects of writing?
It really depends on when, what, who and how you're writing. Lately, I have found writing to be very difficult (mainly due to personal issues), but if you are writing something you love and you get into the 'zone', writing can be pretty easy (I was in said zone for writing most of Ensnared).

Personally, I find writing fluff to be difficult. Probably because I've never been in a relationship (FOREVER ALONE), so I'm usually like "LOL, I DON'T EVEN KNOW".

8. Write a few sentences or so of your favorite pairing or character.
But I have so many characters and pairings I love... T.T Okay... ALPHONSE, I CHOOSE YOU!

Alphonse yawned and let his head drop, his cheek resting on the yellowing pages of the old alchemy text. Edward had already fallen asleep, sprawled among the books they had stacked about their Father's study. The words on the page blurred as Alphonse's gaze grew unfocused. His mother's face flickered in front of his eyes. He jerked his head up and began reading again.

9. Are there any fanfiction trends/cliches that you're sick of?
Um... Not really. Although people making characters that are CLEARLY straight gay just for the sake of yaoi does tick me off [ex. Roy and Edward. They both clearly like women(not to mention the fact that I totally ship Royai)].

10. Are you guilty of any of these? Or have you committed other crimes?
No, I'm definitly not guilty of yaoi. *shiver* I am guilty of leaving huge-ass plot holes, though...

11. What was the first fandom you wrote for? Do you continue to like/participate in it?
A Series of Unfortunate Events is the first fandom I wrote for. I still like the fandom, but I no long write for it.

12. Name your OTPs or most frequently written pairings/characters and explain what it is about them that you love to write.
My OTPs are Naruto and Hinata, Roy and Riza, Soul and Maka and Hohenhiem and Trisha. My most frequently written pairing is Naruto and Hinata. I just love them because I imagine they have a very innocent, sweet relationship and they are just so cute together. ^_^

13. What would you call your writing "style"?
Um... Disfunctional? I don't think I have a defined writing style (at least, not yet). I guess I have a sort of dark style, but I try to lighten it with sprinkles of humour and fluff/character bonding. That's kind of the best way I can explain it...

How about you, readers? How would you describe my writing style?

14. Do you read other people's fanfics? If so, what do you find yourself reading the most?
Oh yeah, all the time. I read a lot of Naruto and FMA fics, and also a lot of random cross-overs and one-shots. Usually I read cross-overs for either humour or adventure and one-shots for angst and fluff.

15. Name one thing you'd LOVE to write but haven't yet.
Uh... Maybe some kind of John Green book based fic or a D.Gray-Man thing... I'm not sure... Maybe a good mystery. Or Royai, because Mustang is a jackass by himself, but he's awesome with Hawkeye.

16. Do you have trouble taking criticism? Or worse yet, do you have a really bloated ego?
Not at all, to both. I like criticism (as long as it has a purpose, not just like "you suck, go die") and I ALWAYS doubt myself when writing. I don't take my readers or writing for granted and I'm usually really surprised when people like my stories. Like with Ensnared, I am pleasantly shocked at how much people have liked it.

17. When you write is there anything that helps? Music? Quiet room?
I like to listen to music that relates to the story/characters when writing, but sometimes being in a quiet place is good for thinking. And sometimes, you've just got to step away for a while, or sleep on an idea.

18. What inspires you?
Anything and everything. Usually fanart/pictures or music.

19. Lastly, how would you sum up your fanfiction experiences and yourself as a writer?
Trial and error. Try, fail. Try again, fail again. Fail better. That's the gist of it, really. ^_^

ONE-SHOT REQUEST CATEGORIES/PAIRINGS:

No yaoi or incest. That is all.

Naruto: Naruto and Hinata, Sasuke and Sakura, Neji and Tenten, and Shikamaru and Temari (just the standard pairings, but I could do others).

Soul Eater: Soul and Maka, Black Star and Tsubaki (maybe, I'm not sure if I can write Black Star) and anything that has to do with Death the Kid or Crona (NOT TOGETHER). I love them.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Edward and Winry (I don't really like this pairing, but I'll do it), and Mustang and Hawkeye (I love them. So. Much.). I might consider Alphonse and May, but I don't really like that pairing.

Basically anything from the following: Criminal Minds, Black Butler, Death Note, Harry Potter (except DracoXHermione), Avatar: The Last Airbender, and D. Gray-Man.

If you have any requests for another category/pairing, feel free to ask.
