Alex and Ray are enjoying raising their first child, but a sinister person has other plans for the child and brings some of Alex's old enemies in on the plot to take the child from her loving parents. Will her family survive this latest attempt to obtain the secrets of GC-161? Story summary, PR: Frozen Star: The rangers around the world save as many people as possible and then go into hiding when Venjix attacks the planet. Now that Venjix has been defeated by the RPM rangers, what new challenges await the rest of the rangers and their families when someone taps into an unfathomable evil power as they re-enter the world.
