If you missed it above, my name is Elly, currently I'm eighteen years old and live in Newcastle. I am lame. Get over it.

I love Newcastle. It’s fab. Music is my life, I’m not talented enough to make it so instead I write about it. I want to be a music journalist and so I study it at University. I like tattoos, Harry Potter, and Tumblr.

I enjoy being on FanFiction.net and have been since I was thirteen years old.

I've had various stories, but have since deleted them because they've never been very good.

I like to read a bit of everything, Harry Potter, Twilight, RENT, The Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies, Les Miserables, LOST, Hunger Games, Glee, The Beautiful Dead, Morganville, anything to do with bands (Jonas Brothers, All Time Low, Good Charlotte etc.)

I am always taking recommendations so please drop me a link of any stories you love into my inbox and I'll give them a read with a promise to review them once I finish. I can't say that I'll always be on the site because, to be honest, that's very unlikely as I have studies and work to do and reading is only "allowed" when I get enough spare time to do it. But I will review everything I read, whether it be complete or not. I'll update it at the stage that I read it to when I read it.

If an unfinished fic is great, I'll alert it. I hardly ever favourite authors any more, don't take it personally. I do favourite stories but only when they're unfinished and I'm waiting for them to finish or else they're amazing when complete.

I try my best to not sound offensive, any review that I leave is left with my own opinion and feedback with the best interests of the writer at heart. As a writer myself, I accept criticism about my writing and I try to help other writers by offering my own criticism. I mean no offence or discomfort with what I say, it's entirely for writing and improvement purposes.

I am, as they say, a "grammar nazi" if one were unable to distinguish the difference between "you're" and "your" then I do not deem your writing worth reading. I know and understand why people may find that harsh but, I do apologise if I cause offence by this, but even though this is a fanfiction site, it is still a place to pay homage to other peoples work and in their work I highly doubt they'd get simple grammatical rules and standardisation wrong and so I believe that unless an acceptable level of grammar is employed when writing then it does not deserve to be read.

We read for enjoyment, not the cringe worthy dissatisfaction of other peoples idle mistakes in the simplest of English.
