Author has written 23 stories for Legend of Zelda, Hetalia - Axis Powers, Pokémon, One Piece, Viva Piñata, Soul Eater, and Digimon. Since Lugia/Latias and Latios have pretty much smashed the poll, I will have a story written about them soon.
