Author has written 11 stories for Inuyasha, Labyrinth, Vampires, and Harry Potter.

I've been a big fan of Inuyasha since 2002 when it first aired in America through adult swim, ( it popped my anime cherry! ) then followed the manga adamantly until it's completion. While I waited for the series to continue, fanfiction nursed my upset and I quickly fell in love with the whole idea of the Feudal Era coupled with a fantasy romanticism. A longing to live so simply was born in my heart and I actually considered moving into the woods and quitting my job, determined to live off the land. The whole idea of just living day to day, without the stress of holding down a job and paying bills, is a very attractive one. Great idea, until you embrace the notion that a life like that would ultimately mean a daily struggle to find nourishment and shelter from the elements. I would have to be ok with possible encounters with large insects and animals. The thought of surviving a single night without fire in the humid, Southern woods local to where I live that are just teeming with thousands of overly large insects ( heat does scary things to spiders and cockroaches ) not to mention any bestial encounters that might occur was enough to give me pause in this urge. That, combined with a strong addiction to computer time talked further sense into me. Still, I search for a way to incorporate this simplicity into my every day life with camping, hiking, archery, writing and music.

I have a fool's love of archery and I practice with a Compound bow my Grandfather is letting me borrow. Very similar to Kagome's before Mount Azuza with its heart-shaped form but I long for a long bow like Kikyo's.

I stopped cutting my hair and it's now just past my bottom, well past my hips. I keep it pulled back with a single hair stick.

Inuyasha opened the door to other animes I now love, like Blood, Elfen Lied, Basilisk, Bleach, Samurai Champloo, Cowbow Beebop, Lupin the third, Vampire Hunter D and Full Metal Alchemist. From there, I found Hayou Miyazaki, the writer of an old, incredible movie I'd seen as a kid I always loved, Princess Mononoke. From there, I found Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, Ponyo and Princess Nausica and the Valley of the Winds. Recently added to the list of favorite fan fictions was Dr. Who with the 11th doctor and Amy Pond, and Harry Potter, mostly Hermione and Severus couplings for now, though I have dabbled in Sirius and Hermione... Something about the dark arts is sexy, no lie.

As a kid, I could recite the entire 1986 Labyrinth movie from memory after watching it day and night for several years. I recently read my first Labyrinth Fanfiction, 'It's Only Forever' and I think I've found a new focus : ) Story totally blew me away. I really love the Underground idea and I hope to one day write a decent Jareth/Sarah fic.

The book Wicked by Gregory Mcguire is a really phenomenal read and fanfics pairing Elphaba with Fiyero are also a past time.
