Update 5/26/2013: My apologies for my long absence from this site and from posting. Due to work and family, I have not had the time I would like to post. I do, however have a story for Emergency in the works. Because it’s a multiple chapter story, I haven’t started posting it yet as I usually wait until the story is complete before I start posting. I am just barely finding the time to resume working on it and I hope that I will be able to start posting that story within the upcoming month. Thank you all for your understanding.

I write for a variety of fandoms, but enjoy writing for Hogan’s Heroes and Emergency! the most along with Gunsmoke. My Gunsmoke stories, however aren’t always posted on this site, but instead are usually posted on my Gunsmoke group on Yahoo Groups.

The types of stories I write vary. I enjoy writing hurt/comfort stories along with drama, but I also have fun writing stories that are based on friendship, family, mystery, crime and holiday based.

Normally I post only stories that are complete, which does include stories with multiple chapters. Stories that have more than one chapter are always posted a chapter each day - or usually each day. Sometimes I simply don’t have the time to get onto the site to post a new chapter, but I still always get those stories updated in a very timely manner.

As any writer does, I do enjoy getting reviews to my stories and seeing that people have enjoyed them. I do accept guest reviews, but I also moderate them - if I get any that have absolutely nothing to do with my story or writing, then I will delete them. When it comes to constructive criticism, I welcome it. I am always trying to improve my writing/stories and constructive criticism helps me to achieve that. My writing would not have come as far as it has in the years I have been writing fan fiction had it not been for reviewers who offer constructive criticism. So as long as there is no swearing involved and it is done politely, any constructive criticism is more than welcome.

Even though I do confess that I could use some help with my grammar skills, I do not use a beta for my stories. I have nothing against beta’s and admit that they do help a writer in many ways. However, with me personally, I feel like they slow me down. When I write a story or a new chapter for a story, I like to get it out there for others to read.
