Enter my lair at your own peril.

No, I'm kidding. But I would like it if you read my bio...otherwise I'll have wasted my time writing it for nothing...

So.

Yeah.

I'm Rebel-Angel-Hero. You can find me on these places:
Tumblr: whimsicaldreamscape.tumblr.com
YouTube: AineHawkins

I'm a teenager living in the US. That's all you need to know.

I enjoy writing/reading fan-fiction (actually, just reading and writing in general), looking at/drawing fan-art, listening to music, singing, and dancing. I like fantasy/fiction best, though I do like certain stories in other genres.

I could list all of my favorite books/movies/shows, but the full, unabridged version would likely take you about an hour to read. ;D So I'll just list some of the greatest hits:

Books/Manga: Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling), The Keltiad saga (Patricia Kennealy-Morrison), The Looking Glass Wars (Frank Beddor), Circle of Magic/Emelan books and Tortall books (all by Tamora Pierce), Inheritance Cycle (Christopher Paolini), Abhorsen trilogy (Garth Nix), The Da Vinci Code (Dan Brown), Secrets of Droon (Tony Abbott), Guardians of Ga'Hoole (Kathryn Lasky), Princess Diaries (Meg Cabot), Kiesha'ra series (Amelia Atwater-Jones), Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle (CLAMP), xxxHolic (CLAMP), Fullmetal Alchemist (Hiromu Arakawa), Fruits Basket (Natsuki Takaya), Tsubasa: Those with Wings (Natsuki Takaya), D.N.Angel (Yukiru Sugisaki), Vampire Knight (Matsuri Hino), Meru Puri (Matsuri Hino), Bleach (Tite Kubo), etc.

TV Shows: Doctor Who, Supernatural, Firefly, Young Justice, Avatar: The Last Airbender/Legend of Korra, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, Numb3rs, Bones, Star Trek (I like pretty much all five of the series, but The Next Generation is my favorite), Top Gear, Psych, Mythbusters, White Collar, Royal Pains, Burn Notice, Covert Affairs, In Plain Sight, Monk, Teen Titans

Movies: (live-action) Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel Cinematic Universe [Iron Man, Iron Man 2, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, The Avengers, X-Men films [X-Men, X2: X-Men United, X3: The Last Stand, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, X-Men: First Class, The Mummy/The Mummy Returns, (500) Days of Summer, Pitch Perfect, Shall We Dance?, RENT, Moulin Rouge, Star Trek [2009, Alice in Wonderland [2010, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, The Sorcerer's Apprentice [2010, The Da Vinci Code, Taken, Mission:Impossible - Ghost Protocol, Bourne films [The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, The Bourne Ultimatum, The Bourne Legacy, Independence Day, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Sherlock Holmes/Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, Nolan trilogy [Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, National Treasure, The Princess Diaries, The Forbidden Kingdom, The Pursuit of Happyness, The King's Speech (animated) Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Treasure Planet, Wall-E, Meet the Robinsons, Up, The Lion King, Tarzan, The Prince of Egypt, Batman: Under the Red Hood, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, The Cat Returns, Castle in the Sky, Ponyo, Rio, Tangled, Brave, How to Train Your Dragon, Rise of the Guardians

I have a lot of feelings about a lot of things, so fair warning.

I won't list how many couples I ship because holy cats that would be a really long list.

I am part of the Grammar Police: Rebel-Angel-Hero, second-in-command/lieutenant.

My Stuff:

Completed:

Title: Alone
Fandom: How to Train Your Dragon
Length: One-shot
Description: A six-year-old girl named Davin is abandoned on the island of Berk. Alone, freezing, and hungry, she has to find a way to survive, and meets a strange pair that she will eventually call family.

Title: Insight
Fandom: How to Train Your Dragon
Length: One-shot
Description: A sort-of sequel to “Alone.” Years after being abandoned on the island of Berk and adopted by a mother-daughter pair of Night Furies, Davin has been watching the Viking village on the opposite side of the island, and one young Viking in particular has caught her attention.

Title: I’d Rather Be Different
Fandom: Meet the Robinsons
Length: Chapter
Description: Leila Rosewood, a 16-year-old living in 2041, has a problem. She has a huge crush on Wilbur Robinson but, as she's always been, is way too shy to admit it. Then, by a cross between chance and a history project, she ends up his new friend! Things are going good, but Leila has her own issues- like the fact that her family died when she was nine. Throw in a cup of teenage angst, a teaspoon of hormones, gratuitous amounts of life, and a dash of romance, and you get a story that's basically a teenage drama/romance/etc.

Title: Opposites Attract
Fandom: How to Train Your Dragon
Length: Chapter
Description: Davin McLaughlin had a normal life until her parents' already stormy relationship ended in divorce. With everything she'd ever known turned upside down, she decided upon becoming a sulky and distant teenager as revenge. Her mother gets custody and takes her to her hometown of Berk, where Davin meets Hiccup Haddock, the one kid most like her in the whole town, and the one she is the most uncomfortable with. At first glance they're hardly a match made in heaven, but friendship has a way of appearing in even the most polar-opposite of match-ups. AU, HiccupXOC.

Title: Mine
Fandom: Tangled
Length: Multi-shot/Chapter (short)
Description: Rapunzel’s eighteenth birthday is coming soon, but unfortunately, her mother won't let her do the one thing she’s wanted to do for years- see her town's annual Light Festival, which lands on her birthday this year. When she meets the roguishly charming, somewhat infuriating, definitely interesting "Flynn" Fitzherbert, she just might get her chance to go.

Title: Epiprologue, cont'd
Fandom: Tangled
Length: One-shot
Description: The end of the story of how Eugene came to be narrating the movie. The original "Epiprologue" was written by NikkyPickles; my story is a little companion piece I was inspired to do when I was reading the original. Here's the link to the original: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6539610/1/Epiprologue.

Title: The Warding Tree
Fandom: The Chronicles of Narnia
Length: One-shot
Description: The White Witch ruled Narnia for a hundred years. But before she could, a tree had to fall first. The story of how the White Witch took over Narnia.

Title: Sleep Tight
Fandom: Harry Potter
Length: One-shot
Description: A little one-shot that I wrote a while ago, but have only posted now because I was inspired after watching Deathly Hallows Part 2 (AMAZING). It's so short it doesn't even really merit a description. I just imagine that Harry, Ron, and Hermione would have been very tired after the Battle of Hogwarts.

Title: Midnight Rising
Fandom: Incredibles
Length: Chapter
Description: Dash Parr now lives in Grenville, known as the "Capital of Sin"- the perfect place for an aspiring superhero. But his daily routine of bad-guy-ass-kicking is interrupted when a mysterious vigilante appears on the scene with an agenda- and if he's not careful, he'll be drawn into her quest for vengeance. Hints of DashXOC.

Title: The Ponds' Presents
Fandom: Doctor Who
Length: One-shot
Description: THE ANGELS TAKE MANHATTAN SPOILERS! The Doctor may not be able to see Amy and Rory ever again, but that doesn't mean he can't give them one final gift. Post-TATM feels. Lots of them.

In Progress:

Title: Avatar: The Legend of Senna
Fandom: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Length: Chapter
Description: For 300 years the world has been at peace, kept in balance by the Avatar. Now a new evil comes, and the current Avatar, a firebending princess named Senna, must finish her training and stop it before it destroys the world. Future fic. Most of the characters are original, though characters from the original series will be referenced. (Aang is a somewhat minor character.)
As I posted in the story, this fic is on hold until such time as The Legend of Korra has finished its run, upon which time I plan on making major renovations to the plot, characters, and setting.

Title: The Rising of the Sun
Fandom: The Keltiad
Length: Chapter
Description: Thousands of years ago, the Tuatha de Danaan, the People of the Goddess Dâna, arrived on Earth, refugees from a distant star system whose sun had gone supernova. They established great city-realms across the earth until they were drawn into a final civil war at their stronghold of Atlantis that destroyed and sank the continent. The evil Atlanteans, the Coranians, left to return to the stars; the Danaan survivors made their way to the nearest land - Ireland, and the other Celtic nations. There they settled, and there they stayed throughout invasions from the Fir Bolg, the Fomori, and the Milesians. Then a new invader came that they could not fight off: Christianity. In the year 453 AD, led by St. Brendan the Astrogator, Druids, priestesses of the Mother, worshippers of the Old Gods, followers of the Old Ways, and all those now so ruthlessly put down by the Christians fled to the stars, led by the distant memories of the last survivor of Atlantis - and the last on Earth to remember the Danaan's initial flight to Earth. They eventually found a home in a star system a thousand light-years from Earth, which they called Keltia. Hundreds of years later, the Aoibhell family, descendants of Brendan himself, hold the Keltic throne, and the heir is currently Coirín Aoibhell. The Rising of the Sun is the tale of her rise to the throne amidst a Keltic civil war; her love affair with both Rhoi Penarvon, a Ruling Prince, and a commoner, Rábhinn Gréasin; the trials and tribulations of her daughter, Deirdra; and above all, the passion, love, and mystery of a tale of The Keltiad.
Thus far, The Rising of the Sun will be split into three parts: "The Golden Hawk," which is told from Coirín's point of view; "The Beltain Queen," which is told from Deirdra's point of view; and "Cry of the Kelts," which is told from Líadan's point of view.
For those who care, or who by some random cosmic chance are actually familiar with The Keltiad, The Rising of the Sun is set about four hundred years before the Tales of Aeron trilogy (The Silver Branch, The Copper Crown, and The Throne of Scone) and about a thousand years after the Tales of Arthur trilogy (The Hawk's Gray Feather, The Oak Above the Kings, and The Hedge of Mist). I will provide a glossary and pronunciation guide at the end of each chapter so you all can decipher all that tricky Gaelic. And no, I haven't gotten any better at speaking/writing it since Alone and Insight.

Title: No Day But Today
Fandom: Fruits Basket
Length: Chapter
Description: It's the plotline of Rent with the characters of Fruits Basket, except without almost all the music. (Before anyone starts complaining, do you even know how hard it is to write a musical fanfiction? That's what I thought.) Kyou Sohma is a sruggling musician recovering from a drug addiction; Yuki Sohma, his best friend, is a filmmaker making his own documentary; Haru Sohma is an anarchist philosophy teacher who can't hold down a job for more than one school year. All of them live in New York's East Village, along with several other "bohemians". What happens, and who they meet, in one year will change them forever. (Again, bad summary. What's up with this?) On hold indefinitely right now. I'm probably going to end up updating this story pretty sporadically, mainly because of how difficult it is to write. But it will get finished someday, I promise.
FYI, this story will be almost entirely non-musical. The only songs that will stay in their musical form are, at least for right now: "One Song Glory", "Will I?", "Over the Moon", and "Your Eyes". Other than those, the other songs will be (somehow) converted to dialogue, with the exceptions of "Seasons of Love B" and "Without You", which will be turned into a montage of scenes, and "Finale B", which will just be turned into a scene.

Upcoming:

Title: As of yet, untitled.
Fandom: Supernatural/The Mortal Instruments
Length: Chapter
Description: AU; The characters of Supernatural in the universe of The Mortal Instruments. This will involve a heavy blending of both stories' internal mythologies, so things will not be purely Supernatural or purely The Mortal Instruments. Includes original characters, but they don't infringe too heavily upon the canon relationships between characters, so cool your jets and give 'em a chance, okay?
Thus far, the story is along the following lines: The Winchesters (John, Mary, Dean, and Sam), the Harvelles (Jo and Ellen), the Singers (Bobby and Castiel, because Cas is a human here), and the Redferns (Marian, Tamora, and Nathan) are Nephilim stationed in the United States. For the most part, their jobs are pretty simple - gank any and all demons that show up. But pretty soon, things start getting a whole lot more interesting, and it becomes clear that they will be facing a danger they have never encountered, and that they might not be completely prepared to meet. This story is still in development.

Title: Iron Wings
Fandom: How to Train Your Dragon
Length: Chapter
Description: AU. Also in development. So there was some kind of war between machines and humans. Machines sort of won, at least in some parts of the world, and where they were victorious, they rule over the humans, using them as labor. Berk is an extremely poor mining town-island where, unless you're lucky enough to have a shop, you have exactly one future: working in the mines. Hiccup is the scrawniest kid on Berk and wouldn't last a minute in the mines - and in any case, his thoughts are turned elsewhere, to building great projects, to the sky and freedom. So when Hiccup builds himself a friend, he's in store for an entirely new adventure when his sophisticated, artificially intelligent robot dragon takes them both on a journey to find a fate other than the one prescribed for them.

Title: Forward to Time Past (new title!)
Fandom: Meet the Robinsons
Length: Chapter
Description: The sequel to I'd Rather Be Different, set roughly six or seven months later. It's the beginning of summer break- their last before senior year- and Wilbur and Leila plan on spending it well. What they didn't count on was Tracy Shepard of the Time Continuum Task Force coming to recruit their help in stopping a villain from the future from altering the course of history. It's going to be an interesting summer. This story will happen...eventually. Patience.

Title: The Sum of All Fears
Fandom: How to Train Your Dragon
Length: Chapter
Description: The sequel to Opposites Attract. As they enter their senior year, Hiccup and Davin are enjoying the new pro-dragon atmosphere of Berk. Unfortunately, the world around them is getting increasingly anti-dragon, to the point that war seems emminent. When a small conflict sparks a violent war between man and dragons, Berk gets caught in the middle between those who want to coexist peacefully with the dragons, and those who would rather see them wiped off of the face of the earth. Now, forced to choose between their friends and their own kind, Hiccup and Davin find themselves swept up in a conflict that will save the world or destroy it. Either way, their lives will never be the same. Keep on the lookout for this story! I promise I'll get to it eventually.

Title: The Long Way Home
Fandom: Treasure Planet
Length: Chapter
Description: When a distress call goes out from a small planet, the HMS Endeavour is dispatched to deal with the matter. But a fight with pirates sends the ship through a portal, leaving them halfway across the galaxy with no way to shorten their six-year journey home. These are the voyages of the Endeavour and its crew. Its mission: to return home as soon as possible.

Title: Break of Dawn
Fandom: Incredibles
Length: Chapter
Description: The sequel to Midnight Rising. Emmaline Reiner thought that she'd left her past behind her when she moved away from Grenville. But old enemies die just as hard as old habits, and Grenville's newest public enemy - a ruthless crime lord named Vesper - has her guns set on Nightshade. Grenville's fallen star will have to pick herself up and prove herself a hero, teaming up with the police and old friend/adversary Quickstep, if she wants to save herself and her city.

Title: Fool Me Twice
Fandom: Tangled
Length: Chapter
Description: When Gothel failed to kidnap Rapunzel as a child, her parents immediately became protective of her, especially when more people tried to kidnap the princess as years went by. Now she’s eighteen and would give anything to see the world. Her chance comes in an unexpected way, when she is kidnapped by a pair of thugs and then rescued by Eugene Fitzherbert. But Eugene’s got a secret he has to keep from Rapunzel, and it could just prove to tear them apart.

Title: First Contact
Fandom: How to Train Your Dragon
Length: Up in the air. Probably a multi-shot.
Description: Davin, who has lived on the island of Berk for years- unbeknownst to the Vikings who live there as well- loves summer. When summer comes, she is too excited to pay as close attention to her surroundings as she should. But when one little mistake spells disaster, help comes from the unlikeliest of places. (Terrible summary, I apologize.)

Current story: The Rising of the Sun
Next upcoming story: Forward to Time Past, The Long Way Home, Break of Dawn, The Sum of All Fears, Fool Me Twice

I've got a general idea for all of this stuff, but to be honest, what I write depends on my moods, and what fandom I'm currently obsessing over. I hope to get around to everything eventually, but life happens, as we all know.

Please give me some feedback! I won't be motivated to do anything unless you guys tell me you're interested, and I mean that. I'm a professional procrastinator. ;D

Also, please go check out my Tumblr, http://whimsicaldreamscape.tumblr.com/, to check out all of my drawings, stories (both fanfiction and original), and general ramblings and rants.

Well, that's it for now. Over and out.
