I am 25, and I teach 7th grade English.

I joined fanfiction because I'm an avid reader. I first found fanfic through the genius of AngstGoddess003 in her epic fic "Wide Awake" if you have not read it... Go. Read. Now.

My favorite published stories are the Twilight Saga (Stephenie Meyer) and the Obernewtyn Chronicles (Isobelle Carmody). The former has lots of great fanfic - see favorites list- but the latter is surprisingly lacking on fanfiction(dot)net... so maybe one day I'll remedy that erroneous problem.
