Hm ok so there's not much to say about me. My name is Raquel, I'm 15 years old and I'm Peruvian, but I'm going to study in the USA in 2 years, and I'll join community theatre and do theatre at school in order to become an actress :) Ever since the 2008 DC Games I've dreamt of being a Disney star. I really hope I make it. I took acting lessons when I was 8, and since I found out acting is my true passion, I've picked them up.

For me, acting is more of an art really, the art of pretending, sort of. Yeah, pretending to be someone completely different from who you really are. You can say and have totally cool things, even if they're not true in real life, they are for the character you're playing. New personality, new stuff... yup. I love doing that.

(ok that was corny, but thoughts from the heart always are, right?)

I also like to sing. I started when I was 6 and kind of quit it at 10, but now I'm doing it again. I used to think I was doing really badly, but then many people said I had a beautiful voice, and I've finally started to believe it. I entered a competition and ended 4th (out of seven) :P And I've started taking singing lessons, so yeah, I think that will end well.

I have a group!! YES, we're five singers :) me and my four best friends. It's called 'El Quinteto'. El Quinteto isn't my only goal as a musician, though. I'm still gonna do some things alone, and my artistic name is going to be 'Kelly'. Y'all who read this, you will most likely be the only ones to know my real name because after I get signed I'm just gonna say my name is Kelly. Lucky you. Haha.

There's really no reason to why I like to write...I mean, there is, but not to why I write write. What I really like is to read. The first book I ever loved is Cipi the Sparrow (but I've never read it, I was read to) and the first book I ever read AND loved is Twilight. After Breaking Dawn was over, I wanted to read more of the saga, and I discovered FanFiction. One day, the sudden interest to write was born, and thus...this.

Haha.

I'm sorry if I, like, have grammar/spelling mistakes here and in my stories...it's because my mother tongue is Spanish. So, please, tell me when I do, I'd appreciate it a lot. I'd like to learn more English before I go to study in the States. I can't find any mistakes in this paragraph right now, but I probably have, like, 10 mistakes.

I really hope you like my stories. They're short but pretty detailed (not the kind that gets you bored). I get a lot of inspiration from books, TV shows and movies, and also from things that happen or that I see at school. I'm currently working on a Fish Hooks one-shot which I hope you'll enjoy.

I don't have a MySpace because it says I'm ineligible or something like that. I kept trying, and trying to create the account, but it always said the same, so I eventually stopped. Besides, I find it pretty pointless now that everyone has either a Twitter or a Facebook account.
