I am a Canadian teenager who loves to write, read, sing and play music. My taste in music generally is 60's and 70's rock, but I don't limit myself to just that. If The books I read are generally SciFi and Fantasy. :) I'm friends with "xxBlueskiesxx" and "Unidentified Ramen Factoids" (who is my beta reader and bust franid_) in real life. My username: "Lovers In Japan" is the title of a great song by Coldplay (one of the few contemporary bands I like). It is also a reference to one of my favorite scenes in Goliath where Alek and Deryn are out to lunch in Japan and they have a really interesting conversation. I won't spoil anything but if you have read the book you understand. xD If you haven't you really should read the Leaviathan series, it is epic! Pleeeeease? It is steampunk and has a flying whale, cute animals, scary kick ass machines, scary kick ass animals. war, British people, austrian people, scientists, soldiers, crossdressers and romance! Did I mention the airship is a whale??? Pleeeeeease? You will? YAY! YOU ARE OFFICIALLY AWESOME!

CLASS SHORTS: My friend Unidentified Ramen Factoid who I shall refer to as "manga" and I sit together in math class and pass a notebook back and forth between us where we write nonsensical dialogue fluff with some of our obsessions. CLASS SHORTS are humorous crackfics intended solely to entertain. Our friend who I shall refer to as Videogames will sometimes appear and maybe contribute a few lines. :)
