Author has written 31 stories for Les Miserables, Misc. Plays/Musicals, Scarlet Pimpernel, Misc. Movies, Harry Potter, Fruits Basket, Gravitation, Laurie R. King, Doctor Who, and Book of Mormon. Hi! Thank you for reading my stories and poetry! Update: 18 March 2013 I've been writing fanfiction for quite awhile now, but I'm not terribly prolific, so it's sometimes few and far between. When I first came here, I was known as LaBaronne, and most of my work was in musical theatre fanfic, including Les Miserables, The Secret Garden, The Scarlet Pimpernel and The Fix. I've also written a few short Harry Potter stories, and poetry inspired by the film Truly, Madly, Deeply, starring Alan Rickman. I'm also a long time Star Trek fan, though I haven't posted any Trek works yet. I like various other science fiction and fantasy works -- I've written Doctor Who, mostly 100 word drabbles and short ficlets. The Tenth Doctor is my favourite, and the Doctor I've written about the most. Dr.Quinn, Medicine Woman is another fandom from back in the day. I also renewed my appreciation for Sherlock Holmes, and I am a fan of Jeremy Brett. I've also discovered Laurie R. King's Mary Russell series, and when I was actively writing in that fandom, I took the "nom", That is not necessary, I was on the edge of waking, so my contributions here will often reflect these fandoms! I was also once active in anime/manga fandom -- my favourite is Fruits Basket, where I favor the canon pairings of Ayame/Mine, Hatori/Mayuko and Shigure/Akito, as well as most of the other canon pairings and a few other non-canon ships. I've written a very small amount of Gravitation fic, featuring K/Judy. Currently, I've gone back to musical theatre, and I've written a Book of Mormon ficlet, and who knows, I may even write some more! When they said "this book will change your life", I'm sure they were talking about the musical, because that is entirely true! So glad I got to see the show when Rory O'Malley was still in the cast, because he is absolutely amazing! I'm also a bit of an artist, and every once in awhile, I'll read a story that inspires me to draw something...if that happens, I'll drop you a line, but if you want to take a look, I'm vixoftardis at deviantart. Positive reviews are always welcome, but I will take constructive criticism if it's done gently and tactfully with emphasis on the good things, which is how I prefer to review things myself.
