Author has written 17 stories for Fairy Tales, Supernatural, Dukes of Hazzard, Smallville, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and Leverage. Well, now that I have been on here for a couple of months, I suppose I should actually say something about myself on my profile. My name is Leah. I am a 22 year old woman who comes from a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada. As you can probably tell, I love to write. I only recently got into the whole fanfiction thing. In fact, the only reason I got into this site was because I discovered Supernatural about four months ago. It took me about two weeks to get through four and a bit seasons and then I realized I had to wait one entire week before I could read more. Thus, I sat down with my computer and googled fanfiction, all to feed my addiction. I am an unashamed Samgirl and it doesn't matter how beautiful Dean is when he cries, that is not going to change. I watch too much TV, besides Supernatural, I also watch The Big Bang Theory, Castle, Criminal Minds, Glee, Bones, The Office and Smallville, but so far, Supernatural is the only one I have dreamt about!! I would watch Firefly, but Fox was stupid and cancelled it, so I am stuck watching the lonely 14 episodes and the movie Serenity over and over and over again. I even named my laptop Serenity in tribute to Joss Whedon and Nathan Fillion and the joy they brought to my life. This seems like a good moment to offer a shamless promotion for Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. Directed by Joss Whedon and starring Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion, it is three acts of sheer genius. I am a big reader. Some of my favorite authors include J.R.R. Tolkein, C.S. Lewis, Ray Bradbury, Terry Brooks, Bodie Thoene, but I will read almost anything, including cereal boxes, shampoo bottle and street signs. Music pretty much goes with me everywhere. I am a singer. My mom studied Opera and now she teaches at a college and she has taught me everything she knows. I sing along to basically everything, including the 25 or so instrumental soundtracks I have on my computer, but my favorite band to sing to is Evanescence. Amy Lee is the probably the vocalist I sound most like. I also listen to lots of classic rock. I may be in love with Sam, but Dean clearly has the best music taste. Led Zeppelin Rules!! I also like Metallica, Kansas, Yes and Genesis before Phil Collins ruined them. I also listen to Blind Guardian, Epica, Nightwish and Kamelot, Sonata Arctica, Imogen Heap and Coldplay. Actually, it might be easier to just say that I will listen to anything except country and hip-hop. I always have a song stuck in my head. Currently, it is Nothing to Lose by Billy Talent, but i am sure it will change in about five minutes. If you like the stories I have posted on here, you should also know I do a lot of original writing, mostly short stories and poems, but I am also working on a couple of novels.
