Apparently, FanFiction.Net has become a ruthless and arbitrary judge of fan fiction, in a most shameful fashion. Starting October 12th, 2002, they will no longer host Real-Person Fiction, in pursuit of "loftier" goals, meaning all sports stories will be gone.

It is so nice to know that the folks at FFN feel the need to infer that the writing done involving "real people" is descpicable and shameful in any way, while it is apparently perfectly acceptable for Buffy to get it on with Willow. Harumph.
