Author has written 5 stories for Naruto, and Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple. Hey there! The name's Aaron. Feel free to message me whenever. Note: I don't have any set time that I update. For all of my stories, I only come up with an interesting idea (usually at random) and then write it down into something understandable and interesting (to me, at least). I literally write on the spot, with no pre-writing, outlining, or really any kind of plan for the progression of the story. I'll have inspiration and come up with something as I write and BLAM! new story/chapter. This is why I take so long to update or why some of my stories are abandoned. I usually lose inspiration when I see something in canon (Naruto canon, to be specific) invalidate what I've written or what ideas I might have been thinking of incorporating into my story(s). For example, did you know the three Sannin have only participated in the Third Great Shinobi War? They were never involved in the Second, and in fact the Second Hokage died near the end of the Second War, proclaiming his successor as Hiruzen Sarutobi. This is confirmed in the anime, and I'm fairly certain it is also confirmed in the manga. Despite this, everyone seems to think the three Sannin played important roles in both wars, when in fact they were only involved in the Third War. Even I made this mistake, and even though it's a small thing and this a fanfiction website where things will obviously be different from canon, I still find myself annoyed and lacking the necessary inspiration. It's just that those small details make or break stories (in my opinion), and I hate to be inconsistent. Anyway, just know that I don't update often for those reasons stated above. I'm incredibly lazy and depressingly unmotivated, so that's also a contributing factor... Note 2: I've found myself pretty into History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi recently (the manga). I've seen all 50 episodes (I think it's 50...) of the anime adaptation (referred to as Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple) and continue to read the manga weekly. As far as manga goes, it's easily in my top 5 favorite. I strongly suggest anybody interested watch the anime online (or on netflix--they have the first 26 episodes). There are plenty of places one can watch online for free with minimal hassle. The anime is admittedly of fairly poor quality, but it makes up for that with the sheer amount of humor and generally awesome storyline. The manga starts off a bit slow, so unless you have a good deal of patience, I would suggest starting off with the anime (that's how I got into it). Unfortunately, the anime seems to have been discontinued (with the exception of a few OVAs). On the bright side, the manga persists, so no worries. As you can see below under 'My Stories,' I have two crossover fics with Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple and Naruto. You should take some time to read them through if you haven't already; they're pretty interesting, or so I've been told. I'm thinking of writing more crossovers; been almost obsessed with 'em lately. I have interests in Stargate: SG1 and Atlantis, Harry Potter, Naruto, Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple, Hikaru no Go, and much more that I can't quite think of off the top of my head. I'm thinking of crossovers between two of the above (not all of them in one fic, that would be ridiculous). I already have the first chapter of a Naruto/Stargate fic completed but I don't yet feel like publishing it. Already started a Harry Potter/Stargate fic but don't quite know how to go about it currently, so at least you guys can expect something new, eh? Anyway, I also have some regular non-crossover fics in the works as well, but I haven't published any yet for fear of never finishing them once they've been put out there. I have like 8 or 10, some with the first chapter completed, some not (including crossover fics as well). Well, that's about it as far 'notes' go. I'll update my profile if I feel the need to address something here. Might put up a challenge or something... | |||||||
