Author has written 10 stories for Justice League, Superman, and Wonder Woman.

Ok. I've been thinking about what to put down here for awhile. I could make up all kinds of stories and only a few would know any better, but I guess I'll be truthful. :-)

About me:

I am of the male species. I am married to a beautiful little lady of the female species. We now have our little boy. He was well overdue and finally decided to join us. The first thing he wanted to do when we brought him home from the hospital was watch the Super Friends. Yep. Looks like we have another fan in the making.

I work at an inner city hospital. It is usually quite busy but it is a very good job and I enjoy my work very much.

I guess I'm kind of a clown. I tend to make friends easy.

My wife and I married young. We've been married for ten years and are best friends and just can't get enough of each other.

I've recently joined the awesome SM/WW Yahoo Group. It is a wonderful community of people. I consider many of them friends already. They have been very kind to me.

Things I like and things I like to do:

I enjoy exercising (yeah I know. I've been told I'm a weirdo). I love dancing. Salsa and Merengue are my favorites. If I hear either I suddenly get this weird infusion of dancing energy. My dance button gets stuck on on until the music is turned off. Hey! I can't help it! It's not my fault!

I love to read and write. I am by no means a good writer but I enjoy it.

I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I love spending time with my nieces and nephew (They love Super Friends. Yep. I'm guilty).

And last but absolutely not least I enjoy spending time with my best friend and wife. She puts up with my sudden bursts of hyperactivity and my nerdy mentality.

Of the things I like to read, there are many. I generally read to my wife. We've been reading together since our second date. I have always loved the characters of the DC universe even if I haven't always liked what was being done with them. Same for the characters of the Marvel Universe.

I was disappointed with Marvel's decision to break up Spidey and MJ so I dropped the title that I had been since the tender age of eight (don't worry, there was no page ripping or butt wiping going on at my end). I have had similar disappointments with DC, whose characters I love even more. I hope that JMS can make my two favorite DC characters great in the comics again.

Movies I like:

The list is pretty long. I like oldies or classics. Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly movies are probably my favorites (I guess I should call them musicals). It's hard for me to watch any of their movies without dancing along with them. The only way I've been able to keep from getting up and dancing along is if a certain pretty lady is sitting in my lap at the time.

I like the Star Wars Movies. I think I must have done months of yard work without complaint so that my parents would take me to see the Return of the Jedi. I was too little to do yard work for the first two.

I like Lord of the Rings movies (as well as the books)

Any comic book hero movie I have watched at least once. There were some I found disappointing, but most I have enjoyed. I fairly easy to please. Loved these last two Batman movies. I hope they do a new and better Superman movie soon. The Spidey movies were really cool.

I think that Tears of the Sun and Blackhawk Down are my favorite military movies.

I like almost all of the animated Disney movies. This brings me to my next section.

Cartoons I like:

Like Arcadia, I really love many of the eighties cartoons.

Super Friends!! Yes, definitely my favorite cartoon series of all time.

I enjoyed B. Timms take on the Batman, starting in the nineties.

I was really disappointed in his treatment of Superman in both the STAS and in the JL series.

Characters I thought were well done in the JL series:

I thought the Flash was written very well. His goofiness, generous heart and humor were very enjoyable.

I also thought he did a great job with John Stewart. I couldn't stand the GL/Hawkgirl romance, but what can I say, I'm a big Hawkman/Hawkgirl shipper. (Another couple that DC had right and destroyed in my opinion).

I liked how Batman was written. I just didn't like that he was written well at the expense of other characters. Namely Superman and Wonder Woman. I was disappointed in the lack of respect the writers seemed to have for two of my five favorite characters.

J'onn was written fairly well. I think that characterwise they were spot on. but they seemed to have depowered him quite a bit just like they did with Supes, which I found just irritating.

Ok, Ok. I'll stop my ranting. I know it's not very becoming. LOL.

Some ships I like:

For Batman there are several. I like stories where he's paired up with Catwoman. She just seems to be a natural fit for him.

I like Batman and Zatanna together as well. I thought Timm had something there in the Batman animated series that he could have explored a little more, and there have been some nice little hints in the comics.

I also like the Batman and Talia pairing. They've had a passionate and torturous romance through the years. I might even like her more than Catwoman for him. Not sure. Too bad they seem to have ruined it in the comics.

I'm also a fan of Batman and Black Canary pairing. I know there are really no hints of anything in cannon or media, just like the idea of those two much more than Black Canary and Green Arrow. I like Green Arrow fine but I not fond of that particular pairing.

Green Lantern Hal Jordan. He seems to like a lot of ladies. So I won't try to pin him down. I'll just name a couple that I like him with. I like him with Carol Ferris, but I think she is off limits in the comics right now since she is married. (Of course, that doesn't mean she has to be married in our fics. LOL).

There's another, newer character to the world of comics. She is a little known Kryptonian Sorceress that took a fanci (whoops! I meant fancy) to Hal and he to her. She showed up in a neat story called a Medieval Fantasy. She might be a little too much for him to handle (her being Kryptonian and all) but then again Hal has his power ring and he is fearless.

I Like Aquaman and Mera. I hope they bring him back.

Nightwing is another one I like with several different ladies. (not at once of course, just the idea of several different ones). Nightwing and Batgirl are, I think my favorite of the possiblities. I also like him with Starfire.

And while I'm not really crazy about a romance between him and Wondergirl (Donna Troy) it doesn't seem far fetched to me. They have been good friends for a long time and being good friends is a good start for a lasting relationship. I think I prefer them as friends though. But I've seen some well written stories of them as a romantic couple.

I like Superboy and Wondergirl. They are a match made in heaven. Just like another pair that I like.

GL John Stewart and Vixen.

Geoforce and Powergirl.

Car-el and Supergirl. (What do you mean you don't know who he is?!)

Flash (Barry Allen) and Black Canary

GL (Kyle Rayner) and Jade.

Flash (Wally West) and Donna Troy. Yeah. I like the idea of these two together. They make so much more sense to me than anybody else they have paired Donna up with. So I tend to pair them up in my stories.

I think that there are a few DC beauties that would make a good physical match for Superman. Namely Maxima, Powergirl and Wonder Woman there is one other that I won't name just because she will be showing up in my current story and I don't want to give anything away too soon.

Maxima will probably never be written as a serious love interest since she's just so bossy! Heh heh. Hey, wait a minute. Lois is kinda bossy too! Oh well, maybe there will be a love story about these too someday. besides the annual from a few years ago.

Powergirl is cute and she has really big, um, attitude and personality. But she's his cousin. Or is she? You'll all have to ask Ben or Wentworth about that one. LOL. Ok. I have been informed that they are not cousins by an expert on the matter. Sooo, Karen N Zee is fair game I guess :-)

And then there's Wonder Woman. To be honest, I've loved this pairing since I was a child. My cousins and friends and I would spend hours playing Super Friends outside. A cute neighbor girl and I were always Superman and Wonder Woman and for some reason, I guess it was just natural to all of us at the time, we always played them as a couple. Silly little kids games, nothing inappropriate but they were always together. Later when I was older I was ok with other pairings of the two but always preferred these two together.

I won't give a long discourse as to why I like these two together. Some of my friends have done so already and much more eloquently than I could. I'll just say that I love how the two have been portrayed as best friends since the eighties reboot. They have a deep connection and love for one another that doesn't come out of the blue and, I think, they have wonderful chemistry together.

These two are a perfect physical match, a perfect emotional match, they share a deep respect for one another and they are both filling our walk-in closet with their back issues. Heh heh.

I also think that Wonder Woman deserves someone who will treat her with the kind of respect, love and gentleness that Superman, above all others has demonstrated throughout the years. Ok Discourse over. LOL.

new note:

there's a rumor that maybe with the DC reboot my two favorites may be paired up! Just a rumor but it's exciting to me anyways. Hope it happens. If not, oh well, for those of us who love this particular pairing we still have our fan fiction. So no big loss. Just would be so nice to see it happen in the comics. If it does happen I hope they do a good job and make it stick. not something that would be disrespectful to the character of Diana or some silly failed date and it's over. But we'll see. They might not do it at all lol.

So other ships I like.

Spidey and MJ.

Spidey and Black Cat

Daredevil and Elektra

Hercules and She-hulk

Thor and Storm

Lion O and Cheetara. (yep Arcadia, I agree)

Snake eyes and Scarlet (I thought the messed that up in the movie. O well).

He-man and Teela.

Micky and Minnie

Donald and Daisy

What? Ok. I better stop now

Before I go. I want to give a big thanks to my friend Hellacre for being my beta. She really helps me clean up my stories. (I am horrible at grammer).

Thank you to all who have read and left reviews. All comments and critiques are welcome and considered gold. I promise to answer everyone that writes and not be snotty or mean in my answers. I am just starting to write so I hope you'll be patient with me.
