Author has written 41 stories for Big Bang Theory, Doctor Who, How I Met Your Mother, Leverage, Community, and Warehouse 13. 6/13/13 Note: If you've come here wondering where my Bering and Wells story "Unityverse" has gone, I have deleted. A revised edition is in the works and almost ready for publication. So sorry, but I was extremely unhappy with the story's execution. Hence, the long hiatus and subsequent rewrite. It will be a better story now. Most of my fic can be found here, though there are a few pieces (typically shorter drabbles and such) that can only be found on my livejournal (username: amtrak12). Currently writing a Warehouse 13 AU, that picks up just after the S3 finale and will run quite a ways into the future. It's a Bering and Wells centric verse that explores what kind of struggles comes after the "happy ending". You can follow me on Tumblr (amtrak12) or Twitter (amtrak112) if you'd like. Parks and Recreation, Happy Endings, Doctor Who, Fringe, Arrested Development, Leverage, Eureka, The Big Bang Theory, Skins, Better off Ted, Alcatraz, Ringer, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Inspector Spacetime, Bones, Gilmore Girls, Charmed, ReBoot, How I Met Your Mother, Raising Hope, Psych and like a ton of other shows that I've at least seen a handful of episodes of and liked but can't recall right now. And they actually managed to steal my number one OTP spot of all time. Shocking.) Doctor/Rose - Doctor Who (Preferably 9/Rose, but I'll take them in any form.) Leslie/Ben - Parks and Recreation (perfect couple is perfect) Buffy/Spike - Buffy the Vampire Slayer (my love for them far exceeds my feelings towards the show. Since I'm not involved in the fandom, I make no apologies) Pete/Pelty - Warehouse 13/Mentalist crossover (WHAT?!) where Pelty = Grace Van Pelt. (THIS IS MY SHIP AND I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. MWAHAHA) Other Ships: (Ones I like, but am less passionate about) Ron/Ann - Parks and Recreation (half cracky ship that I'm getting absurdly attached to. These two kill me as much as my ships do! STOP BEING SO PERFECT!) Every other friendship in Warehouse 13 All friendships in Community (OT7!) Jane and Lisbon - The Mentalist The Doctor and Donna (DW) Jack and Gwen (TW) Other Fandom Notes: Somehow Gen 3 of Skins has become my favorite generation. It's the first time I've not been bored by any of the episodes. Mini's my girl *hearts* WAREHOUSE 13 HAS STOLEN MY BRAIN AND MY HEART AND IT'S BROKEN BOTH AND I HATE THEM BUT LOVE THEM ALL SO VERY, VERY MUCH. But the astrolabe story was horribly paced. :/ I'm also not a fan that we're technically STILL dealing with the aftermath of Sykes. I would've preferred to wrapped that up immediately in the premiere and then moved on to a totally different story arc. Also S4.5 better have a Myka-centric ep. I missed that this year :( I recently did a TV Swap with a friend (Webuiltthepyramids on this site). She watched Warehouse 13 while I watched The Mentalist. BEST. IDEA. EVER. MYKA BERING IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER IN THE HISTORY OF CHARACTERS! And if I was ever going to marry a fictional character, it would be her. Major girlcrush on her. I REGRET NOTHING. Dan Harmon is a creative genius and I will follow him and his writing staff to the ends of the earth. Jack Kenny is also brilliant and understands his characters perfectly which is why I've been so satisfied with and delighted by Warehouse 13. *hearts* I think Joss Whedon is overrated. I take that back. Avengers was completely brilliant so he's pulled his rank up with me. I'm starting to suspect Stephen Moffat shouldn't head up a sci-fi show. I have a lot of love and respect for JJ Abrams and Jane Espenson. Cho and Pelty are my faves on The Mentalist. Also love Hightower. And Mashburn. I want Mashburn to guest star again. He was hilarious! I pretend End of Time (Doctor Who) doesn't exist because it was complete rubbish. The Tenth Doctor went nuts and was killed by the temporal backlash of altering a fixed point at the end of Waters of Mars. #headcanon Myka and HG are a canon ship. I don't care if you ship it or not, but I will fight you if you try to tell me it's not canon or just flat out ignore it. | |||||
