Who: Me.
What: Homo sapien, Eurasian, East Asian, Korean.
Where: Born in Los Angeles, raised in Granada Hills, currently residing in La Jolla. (yeah, baby!)
When: May 10, 1989
Why: For all you kiddies who want to know where babies come from...
How: Jaundice. Freaked my parents to death. Imagine, a couple's very first child is born YELLOW.
Who: Shirozora, aka cybertron_log
What: A fan fiction writer, an amateur artist, a college student, a revived Transfan, and a self-important smart ass
Where: The Decagon @ Iacon, Cybertron...or some other whackjob place.
When: A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...
Why: Because I eat brains for breakfast, that's why! (Actually, I write to let others escape reality, including me)
How: One of my friends thinks I'm a freak because I can come up with plausible epic storylines like snap! I consider myself a miserable failure for being a much stronger fanfiction writer than an original fiction author. But wherever my heart, mind & soul goes, I follow. When they call, I answer. Writing and art are my passion; I live for it, I live only because of it. Without the creative freedoms they give me, I am nothing.
I write for me and for you.

Because "How" is sooo important...
How: My OTPs are either nonexistent or cluttered with grammatically challenged fangirls. I don't like insulting anyone, but it's the damn truth. My OTPs are always stupidly written or just not there at all; I'm usually forced to write what I want to read, and it's torture. Ideally I wouldn't ship but whatever romance in my current life I live through my pairings. I'm not pathetic; it's my chosen outlet and it helps me push the limits of my mastery of English, literature, pathos, whatever. I have guilty ships. I have ships that are universally loathed. I have ships that are almost never acknowledged or buried under other ships and/or fangirlism. I have ships outside my comfort zone. But they're my ships.
CSI: Miami: Carwash = CalleighxRyan - it's my guilty ship. My eye candy. They look GOOD together; it's probably never happen (especially because Ryan's always in trouble or going through shit one way or another) but they're the sexiest TV show pairing in my book (besides CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's GrissomxSarah, but this isn't sexy but just plain awesome). Thank God the majority of the fangirls hog the Harry Potter series, but Jesus Christmas on the HarryxGinny vs. HarryxHermione! Never had to experience anything firsthand, but the stories are enough.
Avatar: The Last Airbender: Zutara = KataraxZuko - everyone hates this ship, and I can't decide why. It has a huge fanbase full of fangirls, but it's the same situation with the other huge fanbase for Kataang (AangxKatara). I personally like this ship and not just because of the visuals; they are very strong, dynamic characters who, when written well and that's rare, are a serious force to reckon with. I also have issues with having Aang in a serious love relationship because he's too young and utterly immature - future fics, I can deal with because he'd be older and mature, but when we're dealing with any stories dealing with the first three seasons, it's best to just let him be so he can fulfill his goddamn destiny and grow up. The fangirls and fanboys of both pairings always fight, and most of the time the Kataang supporters come out on top, which makes me sad. But so be it.
Transformers 2007 Bayverse: BumblebeexArcee - right now I love these two characters, but they get almost no loving in the fandom. For one, it seems almost everyone hates how Arcee looks in the movieverse. I think she looks completely fine, given how realistic she and the other Transformers/Cybertronians are being portrayed. Also, given the lack of proper character development, they're both pretty empty canvases to paint on. How iresistable is that? And why them? The 2007 film was the first time I've seen Transformers since around 2001-2002, whenever Robots in Disguise was airing (and I like that series). Until then I had no idea what the Generation 1 cartoon and comics were about, until I saw the film and picked up the prequel and movie adaptation comic books an hour later. I became curious about the various characters being mentioned and portrayed and did some research online, aka Wikipedia. Then I began to read a little too closely into the prequel and, despite my attempts to resist getting sucked into the Transformers fandom (which is older than me by several years), I grew curious about the possibility of Bumblebee and Arcee. And then I discovered that this relationship did play out in the Dreamwave/Devil's Due Publishing crossover epic, and thus this OTP was born. I've spent nearly a full year now developing my fanon version of these characters, as well as everything else, and while the temptation is there, I will NOT fangirl myself out. Slow and steady, with dramatic developments that result in lasting repercussions, are what I love to read and write.
Besides, adventurous dramatic romantic tragic epics are my cup of tea and honey.
