I'm ScottishLaura, but feel free to call me Scottie. I'm a 17 year old Australian with nothing better to do, and so I write! I write just about anything I can really, so feel free to send me prompts if you wish for something to be written, and I'll do my best! I cannot physically write a long story. I don't even understand why. Probably has something to do with having ADHD and not being able to sit down for long enough. So, no long stories from here, but I can do short stories. :) Pairings. I hate people that have a summary saying "I suck at summaries, just read it." or "Read it and find out" and so on. It's a summary. Write a summary of the story in there, perhaps? I also can't stand it when people capitalize every single word. Things I Love Star Wars - I am one of the biggest Star Wars geeks around. I spend most of the money I earn from my small, part time job in a cafe, hunting down Star Wars extended universe books. Sport - Indoor Cricket, Basketball, AFL, NFL, Skateboarding, Rock Climbing - basically any sport, you name it, I've probably played it. I'm amazingly, quite good at sport too, because I have good hand eye coordination, which is strange, considering how clumsy I usually am. Writing - I have the utmost respect for the English language. Most of the time, I have no plot ideas that can be legitimately turned into a storyline, but I can sometimes write a short story. Reading - I love reading, so very much. I've put up with a lot of bullying in my time at school, and reading is something I can do to escape this world, and go somewhere, wherever I want to be, somewhere where I don't get bullied, where I can be who I really am, without the fear that seems to always be present in my life. Music - Admittedly, I'm not the most musically talented person in this world. I can sing (sort of), and I play Ukulele , but it's taken me a lot of time and effort to get to the point where I can play well and make it sound nice. I'm also in the midst of teaching myself piano. Sleep - Being in Senior Year, I have too many assignments, too much homework, too much study, and I don't get enough sleep. So, when I'm not going to school, or when it's a weekend, I sleep. A lot.
