I'm a lesbian who loves yuri. (Surprise, surprise.)
Note that I use the term "yuri" as a catch-all term, not making the distinction that most English speakers like to do with "shoujo ai" and "yuri". (Given the meaning of "shoujo ai" in Japan, it should be rather clear why I dislike using that term.)

But of course, I enjoy f/f relationships just in general (i.e. in a non-anime context as well). Recently I've branched out to more English-speaking series, and apart from the classic X:WP, my current favourite would probably be Warehouse 13, season 3 finale barring. I'm a major H.G./Myka shipper, and a not-so-closeted Jaime Murray fangirl. :D I've watched many episodes of Hustle for that very same reason.

Back to anime for the moment -- I watch anime more than I read manga, but I do like both. I'm currently following Chihayafuru this season, but I really wish there were a second season of Yuru Yuri. ("Toshinou Kyouko!!")

I watch a large variety of anime, but yuri will always come first for me. I've watched most yuri anime series from recent years, including some vague, not-really-yuri ones as well. (Excluding random fanservice yuri from harem series.)

.hack//SIGN, Aoi Hana (not finished), Aria (all seasons; don't see the yuri but it's regarded as yuri for some reason), Azumanga Daioh, Blue Drop (not finished), CANAAN (Alphard is badass and hot; you can't go wrong with Sakamoto Maaya), Candy Boy (all), Cardcaptor Sakura (some... poor Tomoyo), El Cazador de la Bruja (Nadie~), Gokujou Seitokai, Kanamemo (I kind of gave up on it), Haibane Renmei (don't see the yuri in it), Hitohira (hmm... not really yuri, was it?), Hyakko, Kannazuki no Miko (mecha? D: ), Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (ultra love for this series!), Koihime†Musou (I don't know why I watched it... I kind of like Sousou, relative to the other characters), Loveless (the three yuri episodes only), Mai-HiME, Mai-Otome (I want 10 hours of my life back), Mai-Otome Zwei, Maria-sama ga Miteru (Sachiko and Sei are awesome, separately), Maria†Holic, Moshidora (highly recommended but with certain stipulations; see my blog for details), Murder Princess, Nanoha (original, A's, and StrikerS), Noir (don't see the yuri -- I see the relationship they have, but it isn't exactly romantic in nature), Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru, Red Garden, Sasameki Koto (not finished), Sailor Moon (some...), Saki (Ueno-san...!), Strawberry Panic!, Strike Witches (my brain bled; I only watched a few episodes to laugh at its insipid vacuity), To Aru Kagaku no Railgun (lovely Kuroko desu no), To Aru Majutsu no Index, Yamibou (ew and WTF), and Yuru Yuri.

Others: PGSM (corny and campy, but I love it -- the yuriyuri in it is a major bonus, I'll admit), Aoishiro (Nami, Nacchan, and Kohaku are mine -- you can have Migiwa or Yasumi), and Strawberry Shake Sweet. And I cannot contain my love for Denise/Jill in Women's Murder Club. There's practically nothing in canon that backs it up at all, but I love them nonetheless. And H.G./Myka from Warehouse 13, of course. Ultra love.

Reviews, feedback, and all that jazz: They are definitely welcome, but not a must or anything. I'm not a fan of a) fishing for compliments or b) coercing people into reviewing. People who want to review will review. And personally, I almost never leave reviews or feedback (I can hear the booing already), mostly because I'm lazy, but partially out of consideration as well. I'm either motivated into giving feedback because a) a story is ridiculously good or b) a story is ridiculously bad. Guess which one I encounter more often? In the case of the latter, I'd probably make you cry or so huffy you never read to the end, even if what I provide is constructive criticism.

If you do leave feedback, ideally I would prefer you pointing out areas that need improving more than pointing out what you thought was good. It really strokes my ego when you praise my work (oh look, it's even purring!), but quite frankly, I don't have much faith in general readers' standards for "good" writing; I've seen fanfiction lauded for their awesomeness when I thought they were subpar at best and abysmal at worst. And please, for the love of everything sweet and fluffy, don't ever, ever use words when you don't know what they mean. "Plot", "characterisation", and "flow" (among others) don't mean what ninety percent of people on this site think it means. They aren't general terms to throw around to make reviews or feedback sound like they have any substance in them when they don't. Well, I'm probably preaching to the choir anyway, for anyone who bothers to read this. It makes me feel marginally better by ranting about it, though.

So if you give me specific criticism on what I could improve on, that's different, and much easier to assess than lax standards for "good writing". I like extremely detailed feedback (i.e. at the super nitpicky level, going over it with a fine-tooth comb, and preferably at epic length -- wanna write a 10,000+ word review? Hit me with it.), but I'm not holding my breath. If you point out errors, PLEASE be sure to say where they were. Blanket statements like "Oh, it was really good, but not so good either. Keep it up!" don't really help.

Tl;dr: Reviews (and critiques especially) are very welcome, but I'm not going to nag you into doing it. If you notice any continuity issues whatsoever (either from the series to my story or within my story), please let me know by pointing it out specifically.
