That being said, I do and WILL sometimes take a peek at my friends' work, or anything that really seems to interest me. Why am I saying this? Because I haven't read even original fiction much in the past year. Expect errors! Mwahahaha!

On possible future projects:

Think Star Trek: The Next Generation (my second love), and possibly Fushigi Yuugi (my third). Who knows what my first love is, though. I'll tell you when I find out. These will be romances, irregardless of your complaints that I am a sappy idiot. And no, Wesley Crusher won't be turned into a glimmering beacon of youthful man-meat (I don't even know how that got into my head, but I want it out. I want it out NAOW!), nor will I follow my heart, and turn him into an effeminate, over-emotional wreck (the parody urges CRUSH ME!). Actually, I doubt that he will be there much at all. Why? Because I DON'T CARE THAT MUCH! Sorry to the rabid fangirls/boys I know. :P

Update! Now thinking of actually writing supersecretspeshul story I've been contemplating for about a year, and something to do with The Avengers - specifically how much of a d!ck Thor is (my dislike of a fictional character is COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED!)

You all know that this is a co-written side-project between myself, and the apocalyptically humourous Lyndzey Hart (who does not have a FF account), so updates remain sporadic at best. Hang in there!

On Hogwarts: A Mystery:

UPDATE! 19/06/2013 - H:AM is going through some serious editing (meaning I am printing it off this week, and scanning for errors; never really got the hang of editing on the PC. I get distracted easily...). Expect (hope) updates to come more frequently within the next 1-2 months again! Yay!

As of 1/10/12, I am now also attempting to write the 'serious' HP fan fiction, Hogwarts: A Mystery. I've never written anything really big in first person (something I sometimes dread), so this is going to be a challenge! Expect it to be updated MONTHLY atm, although the story will likely be finished long before it is published here. I am attempting to write a somewhat coherent storyline as quickly as possible. Also note; I kept slipping out of the correct tense until around chapter 8. Why? My brain was melting from tiredness.

I'm considering uploading a second (better) version later, as I'm having some trouble conveying emotions/character reasoning in this P.O.V. and Sal's gradually shifting vocabulary is killing me! :D I may change my mind as the story progresses.

FAQ: Why Has Lucy (tentatively) Changed Her Update Schedule From Weekly To Bi/Monthly?

1. I am a lazy little sucker.

2. On top of 3 fanfics of varying importance to me, I actually write original fiction in real life; sci-fi, to be exact (well edited sci-fi...), as well as poetry (which either kills me, or tries). This has been a main focus for me the past few months. Sorry, real life is trying to call me back to it.

3. NOT starting on that potential Star Trek idea is killing me inside. I doubt I'm even going to upload it, but I sure as hell can't stop thinking about it. SOLVED! I'm just going to write it when I'm done with H:AM. So...simple...

4. Did I mention AWL THE RESEARCH?!

5. I am going through many health issues (getting back on track! Whoop!), and I find myself spending a lot of time in front of the mirror, simply marvelling that my hair is finally growing back.
   

6. I found out - my spine IS misaligned. Now I have to do physical therapy, so I'm sorry if my updates are even more sporadic. I really do feel terrible about it.

7. I need a plumber. Still need a plumber...

8. I need a carpenter. Also, we have termites that the landlord WON'T! FIX!

9. AGAIN! I swear, if I hadn't lived here for 11 years – contract be damned – I would be Audi faster than a VW Beetle on '98 (but I love my little ramshackle fortress of creep)! I LOVE MY LITTLE RAMSHACKLE FORTRESS OF CREEP!

10. I'm considering joining the local community theatre. Hey, I've been stuck away from education, or having a proper gap year for the past 2 years. My bucket list is still full! Plus, I haven't acted in anything since 2010, and I'm itchy.

11. Speaking of bucket lists and gap years, I'm going overseas next year with my mother (yeah, I know it's typical), and she has graciously left all the planning to me (probably because I can use the internet).

P.S. Viva La Vie Boheme! Gosh, I sound like a slacker, but I'm really not... *grimaces*
