So here is my attempt at writing. I have been an avid fan of this site since 2001, although staying as the anonymous visitor who would read and leave certain fan communities as I pleased. However, I have read and admired so many good, creative and passionate stories and authors throughout the years that it has inspired me in taking an active stance in this site. Hopefully I can better myself as an individual and continue to grow in my passion in writing and reading fanfiction by learning through the community and people in this site. I have read a lot of good stories, and then there are the great stories that to this day I remember and want to read over providing I have the free time of course. I cannot truly express my admiration for the authors and stories that I have read. Fanfiction to me is such a great tool, because after taking time in a certain book, movie, show to relate/fall in love/ care/ hate about their characters, fanfics allow us to dwell on the 'after' of that happily ever after, or maybe an alternate ending, alternate universe etc. If there is no limit on the imagination then why should there be with stories that we have taken time to fall in love with or grow passionate about. I believe life needs passion to work towards your goal, and this site provides me with that. I good story can make you giddy throughout your day and give you some drive. To each his own as the saying goes and this is definitely one of those for me. ox
