We are pleased to announce our new One-Shot Contest theme: Not What it Seems. Throw readers for a loop, use subterfuge, or be obvious about it while hiding the truth from other characters—but give us a story about things or people that are not what they seem. A psychologist who belongs in the mental institution, a cop gone bad, someone living a lie. This theme is open to original or fanfiction as long as it incorporates the theme. We will be accepting entries from December 1st through December 31st. Voting will be from January 6th through the 11th. Winners announced on January 15th.
