My rabid love of 'Naomily' from Skins Gen 2 led me, one day, to this website, where I found a magical land where my favourite characters were brought to life again and again and again. After devouring Skins stories for half a year, I finally decided to take the plunge and write one of my own: Letting Go. I'd never written fiction like this before. But it has turned out to be one of the most rewarding things I've ever written. There's nothing quite like feedback from people around the world on something you, just a girl from little old New Zealand, has written. The fan fiction community is a special place indeed.

A little about me? I'm an advertising copywriter. I used to work at the big ad agency Ogilvy... yep, the setting for my fanfiction. And many of things that will go into the fic will be based on real stories from those crazy times. And real locations from this beautiful country I live in. They say 'Write what you know'. Well, I can't claim to know Emily and Naomi, but I'm sure going to try my best. I hope you enjoy it.

UPDATE APRIL '13: It's finished!! I know I kept you waiting a long time between the last chapters, so I just want to say thank you to everyone who stuck with the story for all these years. And if you reviewed, thank you, thank you (if you didn't, it's not too late!). A particular shout out to my regular reviewers... you rock, and you kept me going.
