Author has written 19 stories for Lord of the Flies, Chuck, Fruits Basket, White Collar, Greek Mythology, Sherlock Holmes, Romeo and Juliet, Hunger Games, Inception, and Sherlock. Stuff - -IMPORTANT NOTE: Please don't refer to me by my real name, if you know it. Also, if you know me, please never tell me you read something of mine that was NSFW. Actually, do me a favor and never tell anyone I'm related to that I've written it, either. Especially if you're related to me in the first place. -Also an IMPORTANT NOTE: Most of my new works are on my Dreamwidth account, which can be found under the username Inkmage. This account is the home of both fanfic and original short stories; everything is organized by fandom, tag, rating, etc. As a rule of thumb right now, things on here are more towards the G-rated end of the scale, and stories on my DW are... less so. (There is (er, there will be, anyway) a disclaimer/master post of fics on DW; it's the first post you should see on my "Recent Entries" page.) Everything necessary is warned for, or should be; if you think I forgot something either here or on DW/LJ, PM me or leave a review/comment and I'll fix it ASAP. ETA: I can also be found on Livejournal under the same username. Since I dislike the changes LJ has made to its comment system, etc., it's a better bet to find the new version of whatever on -I reply (or at least try to reply) to every review I get, if only to thank whoever it is for the review itself. Yes, that includes flames. No, I don't have a magical anon-tracker. : ) (Well, hello there, brave new site changes that have such oddness in them! At least for now, I'm not going to do anything about this image thing. It seems like way too much of a pain, really.) My Stories and Their Respective Progresses - Of Love- This is a bunch of standalone oneshots about the love and relationships of characters in the Greek myths. It's also one of two stories on here that are active, and may update. I wouldn't hold your breath, though; I have more time-sensitive things to work on. Let the Sand Fall, That's What an Hourglass is For - Again, a series of standalones-with-continuity, this time about the nine lives of most of the main characters on Sherlock (BBC), and how their stories are told through the nine deaths of each. I do have another chapter partway done, but since the original oneshot filled the prompt and I (again) have other outstanding claims (plus, you know, graduating, and other such trivial ventures), it is not terribly high on my list of priorities. Upcoming Stories - These will, again, not show up on here, but on LJ/DW if/when they get done. For Danny Phantom - I am honored to be collaborating with Nimrod the Writer on a continuation to xir fic, The Life of a Teenaged Halfa. It's still very much in the works, but it's also being revived, and I have added it to my roster of Fics To Work On If/When I Get The Time/Find It Again In My Hard Drive. Other Notices - I deleted Knowing. Sorry. It sucked. I looked at it and cringed, and when that's my reaction to something I have written, into the black hole of deletion it goes. Same goes for a couple other fics I used to have on here. Sigh. Every so often I wish I hadn't blatantly archived my journey into becoming a writer who could actually write. Also, as of June 20, 2012, most if not all of my fandom activity will/has cease/d. Sorry if there's something you wanted to see; if it's something I'd previously said I'd do, don't worry, it will get finished. A Slight Disclaimer - I am far from the most talented/coherent/put-together writer on here. (Actually, that's probably Lightning-on-the-Wave and/or Less Wrong, whose works, were they not so intricately connected to HP, would likely get published as-is.) Nonetheless, I do consider myself fairly good, and I am certainly a long way away from My Immortal territory. Don't read what you know you won't like, please do read what you think you will, and any feedback is always appreciated! Cave Johnson, we're done here. | |||||||
