NOTE: I sign PM's with Calathíl even though that isn't my penname because that's a pretty accurate translation from English to Sindarin of the meaning of my first name. If I'm to translate my full name to English, it'll be something along the lines of "Shining stone with eyes". Don't you just love weird name combinations?

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the least. It wandered off and hasn't come back yet. I don't expect it ever will. I have a theory that it has followed a white rabbit through a looking glass into a matrix of imagination, where it met a girl named Alyss and a man named Neo. It is having a great time. It does send letters occasionally. One letter said that the meaning of life was 42. Another letter said it was travelling through time and space in a little blue box with someone called Spock, and a medical professional of some kind that liked playing with mostly harmless creatures. I do hope it doesn't meet Lady death before it's time, nor meet James and Lily Potter too early. Though I don't miss it, it would be a shame to let it go to waste when it has not seen all it can.

Another letter I received from my mind said it was having a great time in middle earth, playing with the elves. It said the last place it had been to was filled with pirates, and that it met an odd man named after a bird of some sort who wouldn't stop talking about rum. I hope my mind does not pick up any bad habits, or rabbits. My mind is dancing through stardust, minding the gap and sticking to the shadows. It said that it really enjoyed bothering the elf with blond hair who had no legs, tripping the man who could stride and playing with the shorter one's beard. I do hope it didn't bother them too much.
