Hello everyone! My name is Moira and my favorite cartoon ever is Hey Arnold! The show also contains one of my favorite one true pairings (OTP): Arnold and Helga. I joined FanFiction because I wanted to read and save Hey Arnold! fanfics that I enjoyed, especially if they were about this pairing. My name here is HAFanForever in reference that I will be a fan of Hey Arnold! forever! I joined deviantART for the same reason (besides collecting Hey Arnold! works of art), and I have the same name for that account as the one here: http://hafanforever.deviantart.com/. I also have a YouTube account, http://www.youtube.com/user/mannardme , and I got that long before I got my FF and dA accounts, so it isn't the same name as those. But if I make any other accounts, the name will likely be HAFanForever, as my online friends who are also Hey Arnold! fans will recognize me with that name.

A/N: I managed to finish what I had hoped to finish at school during the past fall semester. In the last month and a half before the semester ended, my laboratory work was finally coming into place, as in it appeared that I was finally doing my work in such a way that a pattern was forming and a story could be told from it, and that story is just what I need for my paper and final defense. So I'm finally done with my lab work and all that I have left to do is work on my paper and defense, which means that my workload should be greatly reduced this semester. But I've already started to put them together, because the results from the work I've done over the past months were fresh and most likely going to be useful in putting it together. Doing all of this means that I won't need to be in school so much next semester, but I might have to go in about once a week or every other week to meet with my research director, because I am going to send her drafts of the paper and I need to collect those from her and discuss on how they can turn out very good for the final version. I hope it can work out that I can present in March, and because the next graduation date is in May, I hope to finally finish by then. Before that date, there are deadlines I will have to meet, like the final paper draft has to be submitted online a month before the scheduled graduation date. That's part of why I have already started writing, so that I won't fall so behind, especially with the material that I already have from the past months.

After I finally earn my M.S., I might move on to a Ph.D., but doing that will also involve more work and less time on the internet because it involves a lot of independent work, and I need to focus on it. I may take a semester off before then to recuperate from all the hard work I endured in trying to get my thesis done for the past two years. So I don't know when or even if I will be writing again like I used to, but you can all rest assured that I will never stop doing it permanently. In the meantime, you can enjoy all the works I have written so far and just look forward to new stuff I will submit in the future.

Also, after seeing Pixar's Brave this past summer (six times in theaters!), I have grown to really enjoy it, most especially because of the film's focus being the relationship between Merida and her mother, Elinor. Since that time, I have taken the chance to collect merchandise for it, as well as find and read some really good stories here on FF, and I think that FergusxElinor have become my new favorite OTP. Lots of my favorite moments actually include Merida and Elinor together in one way or another, but my avatar shows my all-time favorite moment in the film, which is when Elinor turns back into a human and kisses Merida all over the face. I also recently completed an essay about their relationship and posted it on here and my dA account. :D I still love Hey Arnold! and ArnoldxHelga, but lately I've kind of wanted to go in a different direction with a new interest, partly because I'm not writing for that fandom as much as I have in the past. But even writing essays for that fandom has given me the idea for the one on Brave, as well another essay and some potential story ideas.
